Bien sans plus

Le personnel est adorable et toujours là pour répondre à nos besoins et questions Le petit déjeuner était copieux et typique marocain Fruits frais galettes et même des oeufs sur le plat à la demande

Je trouve ce Riad un peu triste et peu declairage contrairement aux photos de Booking.com C’était propre mais trop triste 😞

Oase van rust & gastvrijheid

De gastvrijheid was van het eerste moment al te voelen. Van spelende kittens tot aan het drinken van Marokkaanse muntthee. Alles is relaxed hier. Personeel helpt je, bedient je, en laat je thuis voelen. Ze voelen je energie goed aan.

Het zwembad was koud, maar dat was eigenlijk niet erg

Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Для центра отель очень уютный с красивой террасой и закатами. Легко доходить до Медины и в тоже время не так близко и не слышно шума.

Excellent stay, would highly recommend Riad Imilchil

The staff were amazing, incredible service. Big thank you to Hicham and Mohamed, nothing was ever too much trouble and made us feel very welcome at the riad, like it was our second home. Location was a 10/15 minute walk away from the main square which was ideal for us, close enough to walk to easily but far away enough so that it was nice and quiet in the nights to sleep.

If we were being super picky, our room was a little dark BUT this wasn't an issue for us at all, we were only in the room to sleep

Great Riad in Marrakech- Awesome Hosts

The hosts are wonderful, very attentive and always on hand to offer help with organising things or to provide a nice cup of tea. Breakfast each morning was great and the location of the Riad is perfect for reaching a lot of the attractions quickly. We loved hanging out on the terrace, and it was great that the Wifi also worked on there too. The hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to arrive early and check out later.

We visited the first week in february. Our room was quite cold and we had to sleep with blankets and good for layers of clothes. Unfortunately in our room the A/C didn't really work so brought nothing to heating the room. And the only other issue was the smell from the bathroom, unfortunately a really unpleasant smell of sewage.

We re really happy to choose this Riad , Because the Stuff is just Wooo we have been treated like one of them,, and this s the important for us to feel like home , it doesn't matter how the room is , What I can see for this Riad that every thing is good , good good ,,,,,, its very hard to find people how can help you in every thing give you the information about the place ,and tours , Restaurants , , Big thanks to Mohamed for helping us and make our stay wonderful with his advices (Excursion ,hammam+massahe , marrakech tour ....), thank you guys for the dinner in Riad , is really really good and diliscious ...

Exceptional

This place is more about people who run it. In this Riad you feel not in a hotel or apartments - but like you are visiting friends or relatives. Mohammed and others (not putting the names as do not want to be mistaken) are so hospitable that you are feeling safe and cared about all the time. I am a fan of tea - and they were offering tea any time you are in the hotel. Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 - but if you want to get up later they will offer it to you anyway (traditional breakfast, no buffet). I also had dinner 2 times there, and the food was exceptional! You can receive any recommendations for your stay in the city, help with tours or Hammam. The location is very good. I also took both times the airport transfers and it was very well-organised and comfortable. It's also a very nice experience of living in a traditional place - maybe it might not be the level of comfort someone is expecting but it 100% worth it. Room cleaning is every day. The blanket is warm for cold nights. I can only say thanks to the people there for making my stay so good! And good luck to them with the Riad!

It was pretty cool in the place as in January the nights are cold, but every room has an air conditioning that you can put on heating + small heater if this is not enough. It was a bit uncomfortable for me to be in the room with no windows - there is a window that is looking "inside" to the courtyard - but again it's a traditional way of building houses there and the experience is definitely worth it. Due to this specific there is a good audibility but as there are only few rooms and this family atmosphere, no one was behaving loud, so it was not noisy as it might have been.

Very pleasant experience in the heart of the Medina.

Fantastic location, a few mins walk into Jemma El Fina. The hosts (Mohammed amd Iman) were brilliant in making us welcome and well looked after. Breakfast was served at whatever time suited, so we didn’t feel compelled to wake up at a particular time. Highly recommended.

A tradional & beautiful Riad in the heart of Marrakech with a great and welcoming host.

We felt very welcomed from day one. Mohamed and Ismail were great hosts and very supportive. When we arrived we first had a delicious mint tea and Mohamed also provided us directly with two bottle of water. After a nice and warm smalltalk he showed us the map of Marrakech and explained us everything like where to go, what to see, how to get there etc. He gave us valuable tips and advices which saved us money and time and we really appreciate him for his service. Our room was very cosy and clean. A beautiful traditional Riad in the Medina close to the big market. The breakfast was everyday on time and very delicious. Overall we felt very welcomed and were overwhelmed by the kindness, respect and helpfulness of Mohamed and Ismael. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back. We can highly recommend this Riad in the heart of Marrakech and our great host Mohamed.

There are many Riads in Morocco with excellent service. However, Mohammed and Ismael made out stay in Marrakesh magical. Mohammed went above and beyond to make sure we get along in Marrakesh and really helped us to get a feeling for the Moroccan culture while making sure our stay in the Riad is smooth. Extremely hospitable and helpful staff (thank you Mohamed!), terrific location, lovely building with amazing rooftop, great food served (not just the breakfast), brilliant communication through the app prior to arrival to arrange transfers, can arrange excursions for you (Ouzoud Waterfalls is recommended!)

Amazing riad and exemplary hospitality

If I have to highlight something it is clearly the staff, that really made us feel at home. They were really helpful: they offered good recommendations of places to visit and things to do. Our return flight was very late at night and they even let us store the bags until then and also arranged the airport transfer. The riad itself is beautiful, clean, and facilities work as you would expect. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. The location is also quite nice: next to the Bahia palace, it is inside the Medina but still near one of the main roads, so you won't have trouble getting transportation (most taxi drivers either charge an extra fee or directly refuse to enter the Medina). The main square of Jemaa El Fna is about 15 minutes on foot.

At the time of our stay they only accepted cash payments. Other than that there is really nothing to complain about.

Superb

Yazid is an amazing person, he is all in one, cooked, served, supported, even walked us to where we needed to go when we did not know the way. His friendship and smiling nice chat after our long days made our stay even nicer. Hotel is located in a very good location close to tourist attractions. although narrow and silent street made us worried at first, we saw in the second day that the city is amazingly safe for single woman travelling alone. we did never feel uncomfprtable even walking alone at night rooms are perfectly clean and Yazid’s breakfasts were very delicious

The hotel requested cash payment, and we were not informed about this before, which put us on a diffi ult situation. In this year, it is not acceptable that a tourşatic hotel is not accepting credit card. this needs to be fixed asap

The staff at the Riad were fantastic especially Yazid who could not do enough for us and made our stay wonderful. The Riad was very clean. The breakfasts were excellent. The roof terrace was superb with views across the city.

Genuine Moroccan hospitality at itʻs best.

It was an incredible experience, the location was spotless and the room was beautiful and very confortable. The breakfasts were very generous and catered to our special dietary needs. But best of all the welcome by the Riad staff was exceptional, from day one to our check out we were treated with so much grace, Mohamed, Imen, Nordin, Samia and Yazid were the best hosts one would want. They were very attentive to our needs and made our stay a true pleasure, they made us feel home far away from home. We highly recommend Imilchil to anybody looking for a true Moroccan experience.

The accommodation was really very cozy and all the staff very friendly and helpful. Hamid (owner) was really instrumental in planning our various trips both in Marrakesh and outside (Atlas mountains, Essaouira and Sahara dunes in Merzouga). My daughters were impresses by a Moroccan cooking class organized by Hamid's wife. We all can warmly recommend this small gem among Marrakesh riads.

We do not recollect any negative points about our stay.

Spectacular

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, great location, the breakfast was DELICIOUS and the best part was the staff. They were so kind and warm and really wanted you to have a wonderful visit. We didn't get any tour guides and were a bit nervous about that, but the staff at the hotel made sure we were oriented in the city and also organized excursions for us.

Literally nothing. I loved staying there.

A wonderful stay

This place was fantastic. The staff are lovely, all very helpful and run by a lovely guy called Sammi who made very pleasant. The breakfast was amazing. The location is also very good. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to other visitors.

The staff made our stay excellent! Sami was the very best and most hospitable host.

We can’t say enough about this riad and Sami, the man making sure everything is running smoothly and all the guests leave with the best memories from Marrakesh. The owner and staff were truly excellent; Mohamed, Sami etc were the most hospitable people in Marrakesh ready to help and show us their beautiful country. Also Halima cooked us the best tajine in Marrakesh! We are leaving Marrakesh with a new friend and can’t wait to come back and stay in this riad again!

Cosy riad in a vivid (but less crowded) part of the medina, close to the Jewish qaurter.

The very personal and attentive service created a feeling like "home away from home".
