Mike met us at the ferry which was great. The studio was lovely and spacious with an incredible balcony and view over the bay.

I was kindly met by the owner when I arrived by ferry and driven up to the studio. The studio was very large with an enormous seated balcony with fantastic views of Livadia. The facilities were excellent.

Livadi bay and sunrise were under our view, up on the left side of the bay looking to the horizont. We’re on 3rd floor above the rooms with private terrace
Balcony was really narrow there wasn’t the possibility to hang anywhere bathingsuits and beach towels except for the balcony balusters helped with the umbrella leftover rope. Unfortunately the mattress was a little uncomfy and stiff.

Wonderful view from our big balkony over the bay, harbour and the town of Livadia. Mike, the host was so very helpful and friendly and the cleaning was superb!!
If you need to have a complet break from the big city live, this is the place for you! So quiet and peaceful.
Be aware that the hotell is high above the sea, so there are a bit of climbing. But that did not bother us.

Space and views from the balcony

It has a spacious terrace that overlooks the harbor. It’s just 3 minutes walk from the heart of the town and the beach and yet it is far enough to enjoy quiet evening under the sky on the terrace. The owner is very helpful and picked us up at the harbor when we arrived.
The internet was not working and the air conditioner is a bit noisy (if you’d like to keep it on while you are sleeping during hot summer nights).

We were met at the port and taken to our brilliant apartment with a huge balcony with amazing view. The room was cleaned every day and sheets and towels changed. The sink in the kitchen needs a proper plug but that is the only criticism. Lovely time
