We really enjoyed our stay in Waikoloa. The space was clean and well appointed with plenty of space for our 3 adults and one 2-year-old. The check-in and checkout process were seamless. We had no issues with parking 2 cars (one in the garage and one in a visitor parking space with a parking pass). All of the facilities from the pool to the gym were great. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Waikoloa area!

It was a comfy stay with lots or space. The rooms were sound proof, i don't normally sleep thru any noise and I had no issues sleeping. Also it helped that the masterbed rooms had really comfortable beds. The condo supplies were ok, there was only 3 coffee cups and the toaster didnt work great. The property management responded within a few days. Buy a faulty ice maker was never resolved during our stay.

The unit has all the supplies needed for fun beach days and cooking in. Great stay. Comfortable beds.

The place exceeded my expectations and look much better than the pictures online. Had everything needed and convenient to near by shoppers

Our stay in Waikoloa beach condos was perfect. Condo was spotless and very well maintained. It had enough room for 6 of us. Check in process was smooth and claimed properly well in advance.
The property and location is perfect. There is a good size pool on location, which is perfect for kids. Property is very quiet, beautifully landscaped and kept very clean. There is a protected beach about a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk away. Garage has all the essentials for a day on the water. Queens and Kings shops are a few minute walk, with all kinds of shops including a grocery store. Within 10 minute drive are show at Mauna Lani with additional stores and shops/restaurants at Waikoloa Village.
Airport, Kona and Hawi are roughly a half hour drive away. For cyclists, the climb to Belt road is minutes away, with an extension to Old Saddle Road, going over 6000’.
Overall a five star stay! Thank you from all of us, and hope to be back!

Better than advertised. This is a beautiful condo - better than the pictures! Very comfortable. Must be a fairly new building. Great appliances. Great bedrooms. It was incredibly helpful to have boogie boards, snorkel equipment, and two beach umbrellas that we didn't have to rent. Beautiful landscape. Short drive or (15 minute walk) to the beach. 5 minute walk to shopping, dining, movie theater.

Wonderful location and property. Super convenient and well equipped home. Gorgeous pool with restaurants and shopping closeby. Loved it!

Large 3 bedroom condo. Well stocked with basics like toilet paper, towels, condiments, salt and sugar. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

This is a nice unit, nice location. It is much further to the beach than described. You really need to drive 5 min to the beach parking lot and then you need to walk about 2 blocks from parking lot. Very nice beach. The beach supplies were very helpful but previous users did not clean the sand out of the snorkel gear. The living room furniture is not comfortable and there was only a couch and one chair. For a unit of this size, you'd expect more seating. Could not figure out the tv in the master suite. The twin beds in the loft was very uncomfortable to the point no good sleep was taking place. The bed in the second bedroom is a full not a queen as described. Fortunate to have a pizza pan and cutter. Cooler was a huge help. All in all, enjoyed the stay.

Our trip was wonderful! The condo was perfect for a group of 6 (2 couples and 2 friends) with plenty of space. We had all the kitchen utensils needed with some nice extras like sandwich baggies. The beach chairs/snorkel equipment were great to have. We really only needed to bring ourselves! The complex is conveniently located right next to shopping centers for groceries and meals. It is also very close to the Hilton hotel which was great as we were attending a wedding there. The pool was small with limited chairs but was very peaceful and well landscaped. Overall I would highly recommend this condo to anyone needing a place to stay in the Waikoloa area!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo, walking distance to stores, shopping, and the beach. Apartment was comfortable, but was missing a chair, and upholstery on the sofa and kitchen tables were stained. Overall, good condo..

Great condo with access to beach and shopping
We rented this place for a sister’s trip. Great location in Waikoloa. We didn’t realize there was a flight of stairs at the entrance to the living area so that was our workout with the luggage. The space was clean and accurately represented in the listing. We used the pool, went to the beach about a mile away and generally hung out.

The unit we stayed in was perfect for the six of us. Easy access to the beach and a grocery store. As it was right off one of the main highways we were able to explore several areas. The pool was inviting and we utilized it.

Checkin was super simple.
4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and lists of beach toys.
The kitchen was adequately stocked. I have stayed in others that were better and others that were worse.
We love the location to the Queens Shops and the Kings shops.
One of the 2 pools was closed for rebuilding which made the one open pool a little crowded at times but this was not their fault. The pool is close and convenient to get to.
Overall we had a great stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Nice location for Mauna Kea
Close to the airport and many restaurants and shops nearby. We were mainly coming to the big island for a few days to go to Mauna Kea and Volcanoes National Park. Location is great for Mauna Kea but the Volcanoes are a few hours away by car. Nice spot.

I wrote a 2 page review, but was word limited so here is the summary.
Excellent: location, security, peaceful, spacious unit, master tub, beach gear, clean baby gear, lovely pool, proximity to pool & grill, garage & reserved parking, clean bathrooms, convenient washer/dryer, Meredith & her dad, the repair man, were very nice.
Not good: Thin, slippery sheets pull off the bed in the middle of the night, felt like sleeping on shower curtains. Towels are old & only 3 washcloths for 6 people. Bathrooms & main tile floor were clean, but the kitchen was not well cleaned, dirty sink & stovetop, & upholstery & carpets are stained. Dining chairs & stools are badly stained. The coffee pot is so loud it wakes the entire house & we would try to muffle with a towel. Only 8 spoons (teaspoons & tablespoons), should have more utensils & dishes to accommodate 6 people. Cooking utensils are not good quality and many pans are warped. Window blinds are bent & hard to close. Paint is dinged & a hole in drywall on a corner. Palm sized section of tile is missing on master shower drain. After entering the condo, there is an immediate flight of 16 stairs, but there were 3 baby gates in closet.
When we received our unit entry information & rules a couple days before check-in, I was unhappy that we were instructed to wash linens & houseclean before we checked-out. I didn’t want to spend the last morning of my vacation housecleaning. What was the cleaning fee supposed to cover? It was even more irritating when the unit was not sparkling clean upon arrival. A couple days into our stay, I also wondered if the cleanliness of our sheets & towels depended on if the previous guests followed the check-out rules. We did wash linens and clean. We didn’t want to incur any additional fees.
This is a spacious unit in a great location. Beach gear & baby gear were excellent. It could easily feel like a luxury unit if they updated the linens, upgraded the kitchen tools, made the necessary repairs, & did a thorough deep cleaning. A few hundred dollars (maybe equivalent to a 2 night stay) could greatly upgrade the unit. I would stay again if they had current photos and advertised that maintenance had been done, chairs were reupholstered, linens were upgraded, & there was a new coffee pot. This is my honest opinion.

The property is amazing to say the least. The grounds are flawless. You can tell the grounds keepers are a proud bunch. The unit we stayed in was clean, up to date, consisted of all of the amenities my family required. We wanted for nothing. We requested a pack and play for our 1 year old and, presto, it was at the door. We are definitely coming back sooner than later. The Ritz of Waikoala for sure.

We enjoyed our stay; great location and walking distance to everything. The pool was great as well! My kids loved that the pool was warm. We had a few dirty dishes and paper plates were used but just threw the dirty dishes in the dish washer before use. We were surprised by the stairs as soon as you walked in; didn't realized we have two flight of stairs; we were worried since we had a little one and two grandmas but overall everything was great. We would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit had everything we needed, and the condo grounds were lovely and well kept. The one issue we had was the sheets would not stay on the bed. They came off every single night. The check-out time is also earlier than most other accommodations at 10am. We knew that going in, of course, but wish it was even an hour later. Other than these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again.

Did not know this was an upstairs unit. Very comfortable and roomy. Close to pool. Lots of beach accessories in garage.

While the location of the property is great, unfortunately the unit is seriously overdue for some routine maintenance - A/C sensor on sliding glass door does not work properly, so that was a continuing challenge, desperate need for a deep cleaning of furniture, kitchen, etc. Sheets on the bed are worn out and many repairs obviously needed throughout unit (bent/non-working blinds, missing tiles from shower floor, filthy carpet and chair cushions (one with a major tear). Definitely not as shown in the pics. We called property manager for assistance with A/C upon arrival but did not hear back till the evening of our 5th night.
This would be a great place to stay if properly managed/maintained.
