The staff are super friendly and helpful, I can’t thank them enough

The toilet, bed sheets, the quilt cover , pillows case , towel ,wasn't fully cleaned, the staff went and brought many so I can pick a clean one, unfortunately most of them has a stains on it.

Can do late check in even early in the am, but its so unflexible to get late check out. I check in 4am and still cant get late check out till 1pm.

Toilet & AC could be improved.

Strategic location near the zoo and Ciputra World. Huge bed for 2, great idea with replacing single use mineral water by putting water dispenser nearby so I can refill my own tumblr

The air conditioner didn’t work well but still ok for a night stay, you need to access their lobby with lift which isn’t visible enough for their small written sign. You can hear people walking through corridor at night, room also not soundproof enough till you can hear unmannered kids talk outside.

The room would be adequate for a couple of nights. UK type sockets were also available. Location is great and you can practically get anywhere with taxi in this city. Overall, this place would suffice all your needs if you are on a budget.

Both the towels and sheets were stained. The bathroom was rather small and the drain was clogged. The wifi was not working.

Very loud noise in the room, even if you turn off the air conditioning. It’s like trying to sleep next to a helicopter, the bed was even shaking at times!

Sapcy room. Clean.

Noisy! The room opens to an open hall, so you have the street noise. You have the noise of the traffic really loud all night. Location is not good for sightseeing or going out in the evening (no restaurant or walking street nearby).
