We loved the check in system, the hotel was very clean and quiet,the staff was very helpful ,the location was perfect very close to Ramstein AFB and everything around . We have no complaints.

I booked through Booking.com and had to change my dates several times. The Hotel Circle staff was very accomodating and worked with my changes until they just couldn't anymore. Even then, they were very cordial and explained in detail the reason behind not being able to futher change dates. The hotel lobby, breakfast area and room were very clean! The breakfast had good choices and the coffee machine with several different choices was a great touch. I would definitely stay there again!!

The bed did not come with a top sheet, just a duvet which got a little warm throughout the night. As accomodating as the staff was I'm sure they would have given me a sheet if I asked. Also, I hope they bounce back post-Corona. They are unable to open the bar and/or serve warm items at breakfast due to the lack of interest in working in the hospitality industry.

First time staying, definitely not the last. Easy access and check in. Excellent continental breakfast and super friendly staff.

No “social area” like a bar etc to hang out in. “Sleeping adres” only kind of hotel.

The receptionist Marija was very friendly and welcoming. Always had a smile and something nice to say to the guests. The room was very clean. The bed was a little hard for me but it was not anything to complain about. The only thing I would say is it would be nice if there was a note or something in the room to explain about the electricity switch in the room. I don't stay at hotels often enough to know about having to turn that on in order to power up the tv and lights. Being a shy person, I was a little embarrassed because I had to go down to reception to say the TV wasn't turning on. But as I said before Marija was very friendly and didn't make me feel bad or stupid for not knowing that. The hotel is a little pricey but that's to be expected because it caters to a lot of Americans and the base is right there. So its a prime location. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay!

Location from the hotel adapted to purpose of the travel, staff pleasant, smiling and efficient. Room comfortable.

The hotel has no restaurant, except for breakfast. However restaurants available at a walking distance.
