We were satisfied

Room service was very good but the dinner time ought to be extended. The location was good.

I travelled with elderly and orthopaedically challenged people. A lift from the entrance point would have been better.

Very good

Spacious room. Valley view is beautiful. Direct lift to mall road is very helpful. Staff is exceptionally courteous. Thanks to Tariq and the staff. Food is really good. One must try ginger milk tea. Thanks to the cook.

Stairs to reach the hotel facility can be difficult for elderly guests.

Staff behaviour, service, location, cleanliness and room size

The stairs to the room are quite steep, difficult for elderly people, food is quite costly.

Good value of money stay with spacious comfortable rooms and unbeatable location and views

Location of the property is top-notch, within walking distance to Mall Road and very easy to find. The staff was very polite and respectful, catered to my every needs and queries promptly. The view from the property is unbeatable, every morning or evening just walking out of the room means you are transported to an elevated mental state. The rooms were very spacious and the food was exceptionally well-prepared.

The property could be better maintained in terms of spotlessness and few minor carpentry and plumbing but it was all more than functional and did not get in the way.

the location was well. you can access Mall Road thru the terrace but that’s not easy though. you need to climb many steps…

Exceptional

The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to roam on the mall road. The food is too good, my kids enjoyed eating over here. Also the room bedding and linen were immaculate.

You have to climb 3 floors to reach this hotel

Superb

My stay was in deluxe room for 3 days. Room is very spacious, neat n clean with excellent view. Food on demand only. 7-8 minutes walk to Mall road. I am very happy with my stay in Lords Regency hotel. Very well behaved by Hotel staff. Special thanks to Hotel MD Vikas Seth who fullfill my all primary requirements as I was staying with my family. Food was very delicious😋.

Good hotel. Comfortable stay.

Location of the hotel was good. Clean & well maintained room. Excellent room service. Food in the restaurant was tasteful & fresh. Very co-operative staff. We enjoyed the stay.

We have to climb many steps. The road beside this hotel is always busy with traffic.

Excellent place to have with toddlers. Food for toddlers can be made on demand.

Very decent staff . Much helpful .

I expected an efficient Room heater .Single rod doesn't work in bitter colds.

If you prefer being in the town centre and need clean bedding and spacious rooms, this hotel is fine

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. However, one could hear people in adjoining. rooms. Therefore, it can be quite noisy.

There were too many steps to climb to access the bedrooms and the hotel lobby. The hotel is situated high on a hillside from the main road. There is no garden or green areas. The lobby is poor and furnishings are old, worn and dirty. The walls need painting as they were stained.

Not worth it according to the room tarriff

1. Smelly bathroom 2. We asked for sugar less tea but time and again everytime they used to provide tea with sugar 3. Lot of followups had to be made to get a simple thing 4. No handle on the main door 5. Food was disgusting. 6. We had to leave for early morning and hence asked for bill the previous night however it wasn't ready the next morning too 7. Not worth staying for 3000
