Agradable para descansar, aunque un poco caro.

El concepto del hotel es interesante, tiene área de roof garden, la alberca es mediana, pero profunda, los cuartos tienen aire acondicionado o puedes abrir el ventanal y usar ventilador. El desayuno es bueno y suficiente, aunque con pocas opciones. El personal amable, si preguntas, te ofrecen información extra de servicios y tours de otros proveedores. El frigobar contenía productos útiles y a precios razonables.

Los acabados en las habitaciones son rústicos, lo que hace que percibas un tanto desequilibrado la relación calidad-precio. El estacionamiento estába fuera del hotel, cercano (en la acera de enfrente) y es común con otros hoteles de la zona.

Piacevole soggiorno

Hotel accogliente e pulito, immerso in un bel giardino con piscina, molto vicino alla laguna ed anche al centro di Bacalar. Camera confortevole dotata di grande e comodo letto king size, frigobar, cassaforte, deumidificatore, zanzariere ed ampio balcone con amaca. Alla reception è disponibile un boccione di acqua dal quale potersi rifornire. Buona la colazione inclusa nel prezzo.

Lo specchio deI bagno non è illuminato il che rende difficile radersi o mettersi le lenti a contatto. I comodini non sono provvisti di alcuna luce.

Lovely 3 day stay at the hotel, close to lagoon and excellent restaurant, La Playita.

This lovely small hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the rooms and facilities were very good. The breakfast was better than most other ‘breakfast included’ hotels we have stayed at. Beds were comfortable and shower was great with lots of hot water at any time.

Great location and stay

Within walking distance of the ADO bus station and numerous restaurants and cafes.

Unfortunately, the air conditioner stopped working in our friends room and they had to be moved to a smaller room with one bed.

The hotel was clean, friendly staff and excellent location! The hotel was comfortable and refreshing to come back to relax after a day at the lake. We really enjoyed our time here.

Relaxing setting with pleasant balcony and hammock. Lovely clean grounds with great plants. Good location.

Lack of attention in the rooms. Curtains too short, very slow draining showers, basic. Overpriced for value.

We would choose to stay here again on our next visit to Bacalar.

Beautiful greenery and clean pool. The room and property are very clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We felt safe and comfortable.

Very good

They made sure we could go into the room as fast as possible, even though we were very early. The room was comfortable and clean.

The curtains are not wide enough. The room is on the ground floor and people can just look into the room even with the curtains closed. The walls are very thin and it's possible to hear adjacent rooms, even sing along with their songs on the radio.

Lovely quiet place

Spacious, clean room with nice welcoming touches, water and coffee for the machine. The location is very convenient right near the lagoon, the center, bars and restaurants. The premises are quiet and peaceful. We loved chilling near the pool in the late evening. Good, filling breakfast. Also, purified water the whole included.

We liked everything about our stay.

Very lovely staff, the rooms look so much nicer in person! Really nice tranquil vibe. Good breakfast as well. Walking distance to everything :)

The AC was very loud had to sleep with just the fan on which is only a minor issue

Wonderful value for money, would stay again

Beautiful gardens, comfortable beds and great breakfast options. Plenty of great restaurant options nearby and really lovely, accommodating staff. The second pool on the rooftop was a nice surprise!

Great rooms and perfect location

We had a very nice room with a balcony on two sides. The staff was very friendly. The hotel has an outside bar where you can order a cold beer and enjoy it next to the pool. The location is also great, just far enough away from the main square so it is nice and quiet but still well within walking distance to both the lake as well as the main square.

A beautiful place to stay, simple but very nice.

Love the grounds and the ambiance. The people were great. It was located near the main plaza and the lagoon. Great please, will be back.

Disappointing

Location was good.

Not clean. No personal touch. Bad design. Bathroom was not comfortable. Noisy because of other guests.

Room is large, but needs maintenance

Pool is nice to cool down. Room size is really good too. Cold water available at reception as well which is great.

There was a terrible smell from the drain in the bathroom. It was somewhat noticeable on day one but after the second night it was impossible to stay in the room. They changed our room and it was fine after that. The air con doesn't work that well. It's quite expensive for what it is, definitely nicer places for this amount of money.
