The flat is simple, clean and cute and the location is perfect. Communication was probably the quickest and friendliest I’ve had for a rental flat. Highly recommend- you can even smell delicious bakery smells in the morning coming from the shop below….

We had an incredible experience at this apartment. The location is as good as it gets. The apartment was bigger than I expected, very clean, and well appointed. The view of the palace from the patio is incredible. The bathroom is large. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Everything was great, just like in the pictures, everything very clean and new! And the location perfekt to visit Heidelberg! I would recommend it to friends!

We absolutely loved this place. We were very sad to leave. It was extremely spacious and the location was just perfect! The Christmas markets right outside our window just topped off the experience. Public transport close by as well. We would highly recommend staying here if you are in Heidelberg! 10/10!

Living near all the cafés and restaurants is absolutely amazing, you just fall out of your apartment straight into the life of the city. Kitchen was well equipped, frisge is nice and sizeable, most rooms were very clean. Super cozy bedsheets and covers, very silent (non-creeking) bed

Behind the Bathroom window is pidgeon central station, which results in some loud noises and some dirt on the outside of the window. The apartment in general lacks a bit of decoration, maybe even a speaker system and a cast target on the TV

Location was superb for a big event in Prince Karl as well as Altstadt And Schloss. It was nice and big, owner sent someone with keys out, Was flexible about an additional person, wifi was posted and excellent. Kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable and a nice terrace really Under the Schloss.

There was a tiny bit toilet paper left on the roll and no spare roll. We went to buy some. The next day, the owner gave us 2 new After request but it was too late, we had to get some right away Since they always have cleaning between guests, a spare roll of toilet Paper should be the rule. There was no soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. It may have Been in the instructions and I hadn't seen that It was quite a lot of steps up the stairs but I do recall it was in The instructions. The dining table seats are very uncomfortable

We love our stay! It was right in the Old Town and 'under the Castle'. We would stay here again for our next trip to Heidelberg! I love to run and it was easy to go and run around the Neckar. And it was an easy climb up to the Castle!

Just to let people know that there is a spiral staircase to the apartment. We had two big suitcases, so it was difficult to 'lug' up those steps. But really, next time we will just travel with less things!

The location was perfect - very easy to get all around town and great for all 6 of us!

The location and the apartment were absolutely perfect. We literally had a picturesque view of the castle from our balcony. Our hosts were so friendly and accommodating. The apartment was so clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Honestly, it was such a wonderful stay. I cannot express how happy and satisfied we were with our accomodations. We had so much fun! Heidelberg is a beautiful place to visit. If we ever come back, I will definitely look to stay here again. Thank you so much!

This was not a problem for us at all but our apartment was on the top floor so it wouldn't be a good fit for someone who had trouble climbing stairs because there is no elevator.

everything was excellent, location was ideal, property fully renovated and well maintained, properly cleaned and well equipped.

the only negative attribute was the fact that there were no shampoo and shower bath so given the fact that you are planning for “hotel” like stay we needed to find an open convenient store on a Sunday to get them. Other than that everything excellent.

The location was fantastic. With the castle in behind and shops & restaurants on your door step, whilst still being quiet at night. Could not ask for more. Easy meet & greet to get the keys and some great recommendations & directions given for food. The apartment on the 2nd floor we stayed in had lots of room, lots of light, was well equiped and the breakfast table we moved to have a view out over the square & down the main shopping street. We would definitely re-book the same place if we return for another visit.

The sofa bed was a wee bit uncomfrotable but what soda bed isn't?

Very good central location. Clean and well heated flat.

Only very minimal amount of washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, hand soap supplied. Only one bulb out of three was working in the kitchen.Basic amount of crockery especially bowls. Asked for bedding for our son to use the sofa bed. This was promised but never arrived in the flat.

Best value for money in Heidelberg. You could not be more central and it was clean. Check in and check out was a breeze. I will never stay anywhere else in Heidelberg ❤️❤️❤️
