About this condo rental
Nestled in Rocky Point, this lovely condo for $118 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Feel right at home in our spacious, newly completed end unit condominium. The complex is serene and quiet, allowing for your much needed comfort and relaxation. Come stay here to get away from it all, while enjoying all of the amenities you have at home. You can relax in the condo, enjoy the pools or rooftop patio with the best view of the Sea of Cortez in all of Las Conchas. The elevator conveniently takes you right to the 3rd floor and then it's just a quick walk to the northernmost unit. Since it's in the first, most forward facing building, this unit has one of the best views in the complex and it's very private. To the south, you get a glimpse of all of Las Conchas and to the north you have an clear view all the way to Whale Hill. I'll let the pictures of the condo speak for themselves. Since this is a new unit, all of the furniture is brand new. So you get to be one of the first to enjoy our little piece of paradise. All we ask is that you treat it like it was your dear friend's place and respectfully enjoy it at your leisure. The complex itself is primarily residential, with a few rental units. It is not a resort style project, so there are no resort fees or added costs. It is in the residential community of Las Conchas, home to primarily ex-pats who own a condo on the complex or a house in the two rows of homes across the main road. A lot of them live there full time, while some are seasonal. Depending on the season, there may be times where you'll have the beach all to yourself! Thank you for your interest. Our stay at Corona del Sol was relaxing! The condo was exactly as pictured. Our host Jose' was great. He was easy to communicate with and had a quick response time. Check-in was contactless and easy. Having security on the premise made for a comfortable stay. Both pools are spacious and not crowded. The vicinity to the Malecon is a 10 min drive max, as well as any grocery store, food, beaches, and the liveliness of Peñasco. It was great to have access to a kitchen to cook and enjoy a meal as if we were home. My family and I had the perfect getaway! We will definitely stay here again!

This place is great even more if you are traveling with family. The condo is super clean and cozy it has all the amenities you would need being away from home. Beds are pretty comfy too and they do have a garage you can use. The condo complex is very secure as is guarded 24/7 and they heavily monitor who is coming in and out. Over all a great please to stay and have peace of mind while on vacation.

WELL FURNISHED NEWER CONDO IN LAS CONCHAS WITH VIEW OF OCEAN AND CLOSE PROXIMITY TO BEACH
We had a great experience staying in Jose's condo over a three day weekend.
Our experience started off with an introductory email from Jose explaining everything in detail. Suffice to say, communication from the owner was great.
We had a feeling we had picked a good place to stay but we didn't know for certain what to expect having never stayed there before. We were pleasantly surprised by the well furnished condo that has views of the ocean and is within a 3 minute walk to the beach. The condo included cable television and internet which was a nice addition while we were in.
The complex has two pools which we tried although it was a little chilly in January but none-the-less is a great amenity to have in good weather.
The unit felt very secure being up a couple of floors. Overall we would recommend this condo to others. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we felt safe and secure. What more could you ask for when visiting Mexico?
We will definitely consider staying at the condo again on future trips.

The condo was great. Good location, easy access to the beach and secure environment near the city.
The condo had everything we needed. We were pleased with the view of the water from our large deck, enjoying sunrise and sunsets everyday. The price per day was appropriate for the location. We definitely would stay here again.

Not highly satisfied
I would like to start off by saying the condo itself was GREAT! The inside was excellent. It was clean and well stocked. If I were to rate the condo itself I would give it 5 stars. We did not enjoy the entirety of the stay. When we first arrived, we found the elevator was not working, and even when we were leaving it was still not up and running. This was an issue for us, and may be a bigger issue for future customers, as after a long drive we did not want to haul our luggage up to the 3rd floor. Most of the lights on the walkway to the condo door were not lit up, and it was very dark around the entire complex. This was not very pleasant. We were under the assumption per the marketing of the condo that WIFI was going to be able to be used. We were not able to use the WIFI at all which caused a great inconvenience since we had to go to a restaurant to use our phones. We do understand that the weather was inevitable, but the condo was not sealed enough to keep the water from coming in through the patio. It lightly flooded the kitchen causing us to have to mop quite a bit. I would like to hear back from you. We did have a good time despite all the flaws. We do wish there were more restaurants surrounding the area, hopefully in a few years there will be more things happening in that area as that will also prompt us to want to come back. Beautiful and clean, easy beach access
This condo is conveniently located near the entrance to Las Conchas, giving easy access to town for taco nights, but still in the quiet gated residential area we love. While not directly on the beach, the unit is on the end of the complex so there were still ocean views from the balcony. It was a short walk from the condo complex to the beach, using access ways between beachfront homes. The condo was equipped with beach chairs and an umbrella, which we did not use but was nice to have. The decor was fantastic -- bright and airy, the perfect modern beach tone. House was well appointed with comfortable furnishings -- master bed SUPER comfortable, and two double beds in guest room were perfect for the kids. Also noted there was a crib in the guest room, a bonus for those with small ones. Keyless entry and Nest system were nice high-tech adds that made access and comfort easy to manage. Washer/dryer on site is a nice bonus. As this property is a new listing, owner did not yet have a property manual but was always available to answer questions and make suggestions for activities. Super responsive and easy to work with. Thank you Jose! My only suggestion for other visitors is to be sure to bring some dishwasher tabs and if you are planning to cook, bring a few pots/pans and extra plates if you do not want to do dishes after each meal. There is a set of 4 nice pottery dishes, but we found ourselves always washing dishes since we used them all each meal. There are a few pots/pans, but if you are cooking for more than 2 people, you may want a few more. Overall, this was an amazing, comfortable condo, well appointed, and we would definitely stay here again!

AMAZING Condo, great location
The condo itself is immaculate. New, comfortable furniture in all of the rooms. Views from the unit are perfect as it overlooks the water as well as the condo's pool area.
Location of the condo is great. The walk to the beach was very short. There are a couple gates with security guards when driving in as well, so a little extra security if that is something you are concerned with.
Oscar was a great host. He was very responsive to any questions that we had and even provided some suggestions as it was our first time to Rocky Point.
We will definitely stay here again!

Surpassed my expectations!
We loved this condo! As soon as we opened the door we were amazed at how clean it smelled. Everything was very modern and beautifully decorated. The balcony was so inviting and had plenty of furniture to enjoy. The beach was just a stroll from the property and we had it all to ourselves. I will definitely be back to this place!!!
