Camera spaziosa e arredata in stile, sembrava di fare un tuffo nel passato!!! Curerei un po’ di più i dettagli.

La struttura è centrale, camere spaziose, self check-in rapido e buona comunicazione con il proprietario che molto gentilmente ci ha preparato una colazione personalizzata visto che partivamo molto presto perché camminatori della Francigena
Le camere avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata, occhio all'ordine della sala colazione

La posizione nel pieno centro di Siena. La mia stanza era molto ampia e dotata di un terrazzino con una vista magnifica sulla collina senese. Una pace e un silenzio totale durante la notte. Il ragazzo che gestisce la struttura è molto gentile, disponibile e preparato, si dà tantissimo da fare. Ho apprezzato molto l'assenza quasi totale di plastica.
Il bagno molto piccolo e, soprattutto, dotato soltanto di un piccolo flaconcino di shampoo e uno di bagnoschiuma, nient'altro. La colazione non offre molta scelta. L'arredamento della stanza è molto datato. Queste cose potrebbero essere migliorate per il futuro.

Really cool room in an old 15 century building with a fresco on the ceiling. You feel a bit like living as a medieval Sienese merchant there. Room & bed were comfortable & clean. Breakfast was nice, and the host was very friendly & accommodating.

Breakfast was mostly sweets. Our bathroom was separate from our bedroom which was unusual but fine. Location was great.
I emailed our arrival time but that was not received so we had to wait for an hour to check in.

The location was perfect. It is in the center of Siena and perfect if you are just staying for a night. We could also leave our luggage at the hotel which was perfect cause we wanted to explore the city. And the room was also really nice with a great view.

The room was really spacious and aesthetically stunning, with frescos in the ceiling in an historical building, just above a street full of bars and restaurants (but without being noisy).
The “self check in” procedure was not described to me in advance, which lead to some moments of confusion. The breakfast room was very small.

The location. That’s pretty much the only good thing about it.
The attitude of the owner. Lied to us about the impossibility to cancel the last two nights (we had 5 and asked right away) because of the rules of Booking.com. It was actually his choice, Booking tried to contact him many times and he never replied. When we entered the room the temperature was unbelievably hot, my family couldn’t bear it; we tried to stay but we had to leave eventually. Internet is not really working neither, bare minimum is provided, honestly; FIND SOMETHING ELSE. The owner is only thinking about himself, not about you. And he will cry like a baby if you complain.

The toilet/bathroom and bedroom are not together, which is not so convenient.

How quaint it was. You felt like you were transformed back in time. The breakfast room was small but it was beautiful with the manager there to ensure that you have everything.
Staff are very friendly and accommodating
Nothing. At first I was unsure about having a private bathroom down the corridor. However, I surprised myself at how much it didn’t bother me, and the bathroom was huge!
It is well documented on the website there is no air conditioning. However, there was a large portable unit in our room when we arrived.
