About this apartment rental
Come and discover our spacious and bright 87 m² apartment, comfortable and located in the center of the village of Doussard, which can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Doussard is located on the shore of Lake Annecy, and is a place of excellence for family and / or sporting holidays: beach and water sports 5 minutes by car or bicycle, paragliding, mountain walks, nearby cycle path . Cities to visit nearby: Annecy (22 km), Geneva (64 km) and Chamonix (75 km). In winter, the first winter sports resorts are 45 minutes away by car. The apartment consists of a large equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker ...), a spacious living room and a relaxation area / TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine, separate toilet. A large bedroom with a large 160 cm bed, then a second with 2 separate beds, and a comfortable sofa bed (mattress 15 cm) for 2 people in the living room. The living room and the large bedroom are air conditioned. You will have a rising sun terrace overlooking a small private garden with views of the mountains, as well as a balcony allowing you to enjoy the sun at the end of the day. A parking space is reserved for you. You will find various shops 5 minutes' walk away, in the center of the village (weekly market in summer). Towels and bed linen are provided. We lend baby equipment (high chair, bath and cot) on request. We speak French, English, German and Dutch. Pets are not allowed and the accommodation is non-smoking.

Lovely apartment in Doussard, away from all the hustle and bustle around the lake shore.
Apartment has everything you could want with great outside space where you can sit and watch the paragliders for as long as you want!
Manon was great with her communication before arrival and information whilst we were there. We definitely hope to stay again.
Doussard is a small, quiet village at the end of the lake, hotel is good for a meal and the épicerie is great for croissants, bread, cakes plus it’s small deli for hams and cheese.

Magnifique
Un grand merci pour Manon, je suis toujours sous l'effet de la beauté de la région, de Doussard et de la propriété. Parlons un peu la maison, tout est optimale, emplacement, espace, confort, et équipement. J'aimerais souligner le plus pour un couplé qui voyage un bébé. On a voyagé avec un nourrisson de 1 mois, et grâce à Manon on a eu le lot parapluie et la baignoire. Un point très important, la maison est juste à côté de carrefour, boulangerie et d'un restaurant (surpris par le niveau des plats !!) Ce qui facilite vraiment la vie et rend votre séjour encore plus agréable. Bref je recommande vivement sans réfléchir.

Court séjour très apprécié !
Avons passé un très agréable séjour à 4 dans cette location très bien aménagée et fonctionnelle. La localisation ( proximité Stations de ski et Annecy) est idéale. La vue depuis l'appartement est unique (reliefs montagneux tout autour de Doussard). Propriétaires à l'écoute très sympathiques. Commerces à proximité immédiate. Vrai havre de paix

Agréable séjour
Très bien reçus à notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris par l'espace de cet appartement meublé avec goût. Il est, de plus, bien situé: on peut se rendre à pied au centre du village. Par un temps glacial, le chauffage au sol a apporté un confort très apprécié!

We (family of 5) had a great holiday. The apartment is everything and more as shown in the pictures, it is clean, well maintained and well equipped. It is spacious and has nice to have features like a large kitchen and AC in master bedroom and living/dining area. The landlord is friendly, accommodating and we would look forwrd visiting again.

Absolutely perfect for our needs
This is a home from home in our ideal part of the world. Manon is really friendly and accommodating. The apartment is more a house with more than adequate facilities. Will definitely consider staying next time we are going to annecy.

Schöne hellen Wohnung...
...mit guter Ausstattung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Handtücher etc. sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Wir kommmen wohlmöglich wieder.

Beautifully maintained, quiet, comfortable apartment in Doussard
We certainly enjoyed our stay at this bright comfortable apartment. It is very clean and well maintained and equipped. Everything appears to be quite new. Everything worked as expected. The owner lives 5 min away and will come over if needed. The apt is very convenient to the town. 3 min walk to the supermarket, bakery, ATM, pharmacy and restaurant. We walked to the restaurant for dinner and enjoyed eating outside. It is the perfect location from which to enjoy the area. We wished we had 2 more days at Doussard and hope to return sometime soon. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again. Another plus is that there is a walkway, so there's no need to carry luggage up stairs.

We really enjoyed our week in this comfortable and well equipped apartment. It really was home from home. The location was a great base to explore the lake and the surrounding areas. We would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Manon for being such a welcoming host.

We hebben een heerlijke week in Doussard en omgeving doorgebracht. Wat is het er mooi en wat hebben we (familie van 5) genoten. Niet alleen van het fijne appartement en het warme welkom van Manon, ook van de fantastische omgeving. Doussard leent zich uitstekend als uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes naar Annecy en andere plaatsen in de buurt, maar ook voor allerlei activiteiten als wandelen, raften, varen, zwemmen, fietsen, parasailen, enz. 's Ochtends voor vers brood naar de vriendelijke bakker in het dorp op nog geen 5 minuutjes lopen, eten in het zonnetje op het terras, enz. Het appartement is erg goed uitgerust, is van alle gemakken voorzien, heeft fijne bedden en was keurig schoon. Kortom, dit appartement en Doussard zijn echt een aanrader.

Great location in quiet village, very comfortable, spacious apartment
Spacious and comfortable apartment with some outdoor space for enjoying the sunshine, great quiet location within minutes of walking distance of bakery, supermarket and all village amenities. Easy access to cyclepath via quiet village roads. Manon was very helpful and welcoming and communication was responsive and quick - thank you for your efforts Manon!

Prachtig appartement
Wij ,4 volwassen, hebben 2 weken mogen verblijven in dit prachtige appartement.
Het appartement is erg ruim van opzet. Met vier volwassenen is er genoeg ruimte voor ieder zijn privacy.
Daarnaast is het appartement voorzien van alle gemakken en is alles aanwezig.
Wij waren er in de zomer en het was erg warm weer maar gelukkig is het appartement heerlijk koel te houden.
De omgeving is ook erg mooi, wij hebben erg genoten van de bergen. Ook de verschillende steden en stadjes zijn de moeite waard! Het meer van Annecy is erg mooi!
De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Ik kan iedereen dit appartement aanraden.

Fantastische vakantie woning
Afgelopen vakantie hebben wij doorgebracht in Doussard aan het meer van Annecy. Wij verbleven met 4 volwassenen in een geweldige en zeer complete, gelijkvloerse vakantiewoning. Echt alles is hier aanwezig en alles is zeer schoon. Het is een ruime woning van alle gemakken voorzien met een tuin aan de ene kant en een balkon met zitje aan de andere kant. De eigenaren Manon en Stéphane zijn heel gastvrij, behulpzaam en aardig. De woning ligt in een rustige buurt op loopafstand van de supermarkt en bakker. De omgeving en het meer van Annecy zijn prachtig. Er is heel veel te doen en te zien. Door omstandigheden konden wij niet elke dag op stap, maar de woning is zo comfortabel dat dit absoluut geen straf was. Wij komen hier heel graag nog een keer terug.

Prima verblijf gehad in dit zeer rustig gelegen complex.
Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien om een verblijf in deze mooie omgeving aangenaam te maken.
Wij hebben deze woning met drie volwassenen bezocht.
De keuken is zeer uitgebreid en er is zeer veel apparatuur aanwezig.
Voorzien van grote woon- en badkamer.
De slaapkamers zijn uitstekend en dragen bij aan een goede nachtrust.
Een supermarkt is op loopafstand en dit is ook erg prettig.
Wij zullen deze mooie en uitgebreide woning zeer zeker nog een keer bezoeken.

Amazing Apartment
This apartment is stunning located near the beautiful Lake Annecy, with stunning views all around the apartment of the mountains it was a beautiful location for our trip. The apartment is extremely clean, well equipped, well-maintained and spacious. The area is brilliant with loads of places to explore too, and a good bus service for those without cars. Manon and Stephane are very friendly hosts and we would definitely recommend this property to our friends or relatives, we had an amazing holiday and would love to return in the future.

Super locatie
Dit voorjaar vakantiewoning in Doussard bezocht. Een nette, schone woning met alle voorzieningen voor een fijne vakantie aanwezig.
We hebben heerlijk geslapen en ook genoten van terras en tuintje.
Ik miste alleen een waterkan maar dat was met de eigenaren snel opgelost. Woning ligt op een mooie, rustige locatie en toch op 5 min lopen van het dorp. Doussard is een prima uitvalsbasis naar bijv. historische stad Annecy of fietspad om het meer. De bergen rondom het meer van Annecy zijn prachtig.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The apartment is very well equipped, nicely decorated and located on a quiet spot in the center of the village. Manon gave us lots of information on the area.
We certainly will be back in this area and use this apartment again.
