Beautiful comfortable room with calming vibe, in a great central location just a few yards from the beach, restaurants and mini-supermarket. The mini-bar in the room was a helpful touch. Friendly and kind hosts. I liked the closeness to the sea for swimming and the built-in window seat outside my room in the shade of the olive and lemon trees, lovely for relaxing with a book. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, straight on to Vathi beach. Really appreciated the personal but professional attention from the owners, including help to book taxis. Not quite a full sea view from our room, but no complaints as we still had a very nice seating area ( with shade!), with a view across the yard to the sea just metres away. Very clean, nicely stocked (and very reasonable!), minibar with snacks. A very comfortable stay and we hope to return.

Location and decor

Loved everything about it!

The apartment was very well situated right on the beach. The host was very friendly and very helpful. The apartment was v clean with a beautiful outside balcony looking over the sea and island in the distance. Just beautiful.

The location was very picturesque.

The room we were originally located was Maistros, however, upon our arrival a second room that looked much brighter and with a sea view was available so we were told we could spend two nights there and the third at Maistros room. The room we stayed was named Sirokos and it was decent. When we understood we were having to switch rooms we asked for the big two bedroom flat with a sea view and the host agreed after she informed us that is was more expensive and we agreed to pay the difference. Nonetheless, she failed to book the room on time and another reservation was made making the room unavailable for us. On the third day we moved our things to Maistros which was very bad. It was dark, situated in the far back of the garden and very very humid. We left our things inside for 3 hours and upon our return our clothes were damp. The room had a bad smell, most likely from the humidity because other than than it seemed clean. We put on the heating, which was an A/C but it didn't make much of a difference. We decided we couldn't spend the night under such unhealthy conditions and we called the host to let her know. She didn't pick up the phone nor called us back. Instead, her husband and fellow host appeared at our room after a short while. There, we informed him that the room was very humid and that we couldn't sleep there even for a night. He agreed that the room was indeed very humid, however he didn't make any offer either for a full or partial refund or anything else to compensate us for a lost night of our holidays. Finally, they charged us 3,10 Euro for the mini bar of the room Sirokos, which was infuriating after our ordeal! Thus, we left the hotel cutting our holidays short and booked new boat tickets to Athens because we didn't have a place to stay.

Location, cleanliness, friendly and very helpful owners who live directly below with their 2 young children. Big rooms (Penantes), comfortable beds, big balcony, good kitchenette.

1) Hand held shower only with no hook to have it static. No shower curtain so water went everywhere and had to be mopped up each shower. 2)No long mirror anywhere. Perhaps one on wardrobe inside door and also second bedroom? 3)No loungers for balcony. Very hard wooden chairs only so couldn't relax outside properly. 4)No serrated knife available in kitchen. 5)Payment taken on booking person's credit card. Would have been nice to have been given the option to split the bill with my friend.

Traumhafte Lage

Everything was top. Accommodation is in a very good style, lovely hosts and wonderful area. If you like more laid-back feelings with a good infrastructure for food etc, you will definitely love that place!

The view from the room was perfect and the welcome we had was so warm and friendly. We could not have asked for more.

We were in the appartement, with a balcony, over the beach. Location and the view is amazing. We could eat the waves. Vathi beach is protected from the wind. Our host is very welcoming.

Unidentifiable clinging noises due to the wind. The room and kitchen is unsophisticated.

The only thing that could have been extra was some sun loungers for the beach. Just would have made that more comfortable as there were none to hire, but a small thing really

We spent 1 night literally on the beach in this lovely apartment with our grown-up children. Plenty of room for the 4 of us - super clean - nicely decorated room with a 360 degree view over the bay and the sun set. An all through nice experience.
