A beautiful big place although I would add a little more lighting outside but other than that it's perfectly fine

Very good
The outside space is lovely and private. The inside space is also very good, all rooms have an en suite and it has all the facilities you need. The location is great, a short walk to bars and restaurant and shops and about a 30 min walk into the centre of ayia napa. Overall great villa for a family or friends holiday. The owner is very helpful also and is on hand if you need anything.
The villa is quite dated and would benefit from some modernisation and new furnishings.

we had the best week and would come again in a heart beat.
Lovely villa. Great sized rooms and living areas. Big and clean pool. All upstairs rooms had a balcony and there is a lovely grass area. couldn’t fault the facilities. The owner was lovely, very accommodating and friendly. couldn’t have made our stay any easier!! hospitality was faultless. location is great, walking distance to the town, strip and beach, but also not too close to the strip that it’s noisy.
no faults. we would stay again in a heartbeat

very enjoyable stay, location near nissi beach ideal for the wedding of our daughter.
outdoor space and each bedroom with en-suite bathroom
a little tired especially inside, location great but on a noisy road, especially quad bikes

Everything it was brilliant, travelled there with 12 friends and everything was perfect!

Great house for a big company
Big spacious villa for big company with bathroom in every bedroom. Big clean pool and yard with sunbeds and chairs to spend time outside. Very helpful and friendly host.
Would be good to have repairment or renovation of the bathrooms, towel hangers and different parts of the furniture are falling apart.
