For a relaxing holiday with yr family, far from crowed locations, let book VILLA ROSY IN STINTINO, an indipendent semidetached villa with its own private garden and swimming pool at yr exclusive using.. Suitable for a group of friends or 2 families with childs, it has a tripla room with 1 double + 1 single bed, a room with 1 double bed and a room with twin beds on the mezzanine, 1 bathroom, dining/living room with kitchen and verandas.(there is also a baby cot) .It is located in the residential/turistic area called COUNTRY VILLAGE, which is very quit and completely surrounded by the typical Mediterranean Scrub, ideal for loving of the nature life, but at the same time very close to the most famous beaches (Le saline is 1 km and la Pelosa 10 km far) and to Stintino down town. Close to the house, in the village, there are a lot of shops, some restaurants and pizzeria,and other important services, including a golf course.The house is very well equipped. Pets are welcome on request, provided they are well-trained and clean and with extra debit. The location is about 50 km from the airport of ALGHERO, 30 km from the Port of PORTO TORRES and about 150 km from the port and airport of OLBIA far. The cottage was a great place to stay near Stintino. We did not have a lot of time to do research and book a place, so I'd consider it a miracle that we lucked into this property. The only suggestion I have is to put the matresses on a renewal schedule. I slept well, though. We lived on an island in the past, and it is difficult sometimes to replace these items in an affordable way. I'm sure that other properties in the area have similar matresses. Overall it was a win.

Séjour agréable près de Stintino
Maison agréable et spacieuse. La piscine a été très appréciée, tout comme le barbecue au gaz. Un grand merci à Monica pour son accueil et ses conseils sur les activités à faire.
La maison se situe dans une zone résidentielle excentrée. Il faut une voiture pour accéder aux plages ou aux magasins.

The villa is maybe a little small for six adults - there is only one bathroom and it is not terribly big. The bannister leading to the roof terrace (a lovely place for sunbathing) is in need of attention. We were impressed by Monica's efficiency and by the township's maintenance men and rubbish collectors.

Vacances en Famille début Juillet
Nous avons passé 12 jours dans cette belle maison de Country Paradise dont la taille était très bien pour 2 familles (4 adultes / 4 jeunes enfants).
Les plus : L’accueil, la disponibilité et la réactivité en cas de besoin de Monica qui parle un français parfait ; la piscine très bien entretenue ; la localisation à quelques minutes de Stintino, des plages de la Pelosa et à seulement 20 min de Porto Torres.
A améliorer : Un lave-vaisselle serait un plus; quelques soucis avec les fourmis mais qui a été vite réglé.
Je conseillerais cette maison à des amis ou de la famille sans hésiter.

Wunderschöner Ort zum Erholen
Unsere Ferien in Stintino haben wir sehr genossen. Monica, unsere Hausvermieterin war sehr freundlich, aufgestellt und sehr hilfsbereit. Bereits vor der Anreise, während der Anreise hat sie uns unterstützt. Das Haus war für uns 4 Personen sehr gut eingerichtet, alles war sauber und gemütlich. Gerne kehren wir an diesen wunderschönen Ort zurück.

Sfeervol, compleet
Dit complete sfeervolle schone huis met een heerlijk zwembad heeft ons een heerlijke week bezorgd.
In een nette omgeving dichtbij supermarkt, keuze uit diverse mooie stranden waarbij gebruik van een auto fijn is.
We werden keurig opgewacht en rondgeleid.
Stintino is fantastisch!

Belle maison dans un complexe proche de Stintino. Nous avons passé une belle semaine. La maison dispose d'une piscine entretenue tous les jours. Rien à faire pour l'entretien génial ! La maison a plusieurs terrasses et un solarium disposant d'une vue sur la plage La Saline. Il est nécessaire de disposer d'une voiture pour se rendre à la plage. La Pelosa est la plus belle plage à proximité mais elle est bondée à cette époque. Ca vaut quand même le déplacement.
Nous avons fait plusieurs excursions dont Castelsardo , Alghero et les grottes de Nettuno. Un mot enfin pour signaler la gentillesse de Monica qui parle très bien le français et également de Piera qui nous a reçu. Une bonne adresse à retenir. Merci pour cette belle semaine.

Villa Rosy ist Klasse!
Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen über Pfingsten 2017 in der Villa verbracht. Die Organisation und die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut. Jede Frage wurde beantwortet und es gab wertvolle Hinweise zu Aktivitäten in der Umgebung.
Die Einrichtung des Hauses (inkl. Grill) ist vollständig und absolut ausreichend.

très belle villa
Nous avons passé 2 semaines a la villa Rosy en juillet-aout. la villa est très agréable, bien équipée, avec plusieurs terrasses. Le jardin est très bien entretenu, ainsi que la piscine. La villa est située dans une résidence de tourisme très calme, avec quelques commerces. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Monica qui parle bien français. Autre avantage : le bus passe près de la villa et permet d'aller aux plages de La Pelosa sans avoir besoin de voiture ! Vraiment des vacances excellentes !

Villa Rosy è una stupenda villa lussuosa situata in un immenso e gradevole villaggio di stintino che offre ristoranti, negozi e un centro commerciale,non manca davvero niente.la villa soddisfa qualsiasi esigenza di chi vi soggiorna,bellissimo l'arredamento e molto confortevole .la signora Monica e stata molto disponibile gentile affidabile e professionale.vi ho soggiornato una settimana con la mia ragazza e siamo stati da Dio.vi consiglio assolutamente questa villa non vene pentirete

Bella villetta, attrezzata e spaziosa
Buona soluzione per una vacanza relax, il residence dove vi è ubicata l'abitazione e' molto attrezzato con buoni ristoranti. La villetta e' molto gradevole,spaziosa con delle belle camere, il bagno ha una nota molto positiva in quanto l'acqua calda e' sempre presente in abbondanti quantità, bella piscina dove potersi divertire con i propri figli.la villetta dal centro del residence dista circa 20 minuti a piedi, più scomodo però la sera perché è' tutto parecchio buio.il mare e distante circa 2,5 km in auto, quasi impossibile arrivarci a piedi per via della distanza e della strada che porta al mare non troppo praticabile e piedi, abbastanza pericoloso per via delle molte auto che la transitano.buon giudizio generale
