Pues lo fácil que fue la comunicación para todo. El apartamento está genial y hay muy buen transporte y cerca de la playa, unos 400m en línea recta.

Free parking, also literally next to the Metro station, very easy and quick to get into the city. Good sized appartement and well equipped.
Communication was not easy at first, tried to get in touch with no response and by text message got an "office is closed" reply (honestly never been this worried about a booking before).
But once communication finally started (an hour before arrival) it was very fast and friendly though!
Sofa bed is very uncomfortable and place looks nicer in the photos.

Walking distance to the beach and metro. A decent walk to the old town but achievable. Clean apartment, good air conditioning and helpful, communicative host.
The shower is in the middle of the living area and the glass is transparent - can be a bit awkward depending on who you are staying with.

The location is really good and it was easy to park the car there and to get into the building. The attention of the host and the instructions for arrival were also good. Everything was clean.
The layout of the apartment is weird. The shower is literally within the living room which is also the bedroom. The "kitchen" is within the hallway. You can hear every word from the neighboring apartment because this is a flat that has been converted into 2 apartments.

Easy to find, easy access, 1 min from metro, very clean, great shower, very good kitchen and bathroom facilities. Welcomed by Jose who spoke no English but we understood each other. I felt safe.
A bit too far out of town, but easily accessible on the metro.

Very clean and functionable apartment, located practically between the city center and the airport. The host is super helpful, flexible, quick to react and easy to communicate with. We had a change of plan and wanted to arrive to the apartment as soon as possible, ie. 2h earlier than agreed. The host made phone calls to his contacts and made this happen. A very friendly and polite person was there to let us in and showed us places. Big thanks to both of you!

Clean and not too far from the beach.
Noisy air conditioner working as a fan without producing cold air. No instructions on how to access the wifi. No response from the proprietor regarding the above. Disappointing.

The apprartament had everything needed for leaving, a lot of towels, shampoo, and electric appliances, even washing powder. Apartment was very clean and ordered. All apartment looked new and shiny. Interesting design. Very friendly owner, contacted us before check in and check out, was punctual. The building also clean and nice. 10 min walk from the beach, good location.

Great location, bus stop and metro station is 3 minutes walk, beach is 10 minutes top. Great view from the apartment. Easy to approach it from the airport also. The host is available on WhatsApp, and he was very helpful.
I found everything great. I can't highlight anything.

The location is good as it close to almost everything including the airport.
Facilities were will equipped.
It was clean and the owner did really help us to make the flat ready before check in time.
Beds were comfortable.
The toilet location is somehow weird, it's in the middle of the apartment.
The carbiiet in the room seems old and odd makes things look unclear and dirty.
Some effort required to find parking, sometimes will park a distance from the apartment.
Tv is only with Spanish channels not even 1 single English.
