Enjoyed the location, walks, away from noise…

The location was excellent, security was excellent

Broken toilet seat, mould on bathroom ceiling, rusted stove plates and oven didn’t work effectively, furniture needed sanding and maintenance, chipped crockery

Great view but needs maintenance.

Ballito Agencies was great. They were very helpful! The cleaning service was also great. The lady did an excellent job. The view was amazing.

The foot of the bed in the main bedroom collapsed on the first day, resulting in us sleeping at an angle. There is no proper lighting in the main bedroom, only a faulty lamp. The bathroom light also went out during our stay. The balcony doors going out to the patio are faulty. My husband had to climb over the two balconies almost every day to open the door from the outside. The second bathroom's lock is broken, resulting in some family members getting stuck inside. They had to use the string on the plug to try to open the door. The fridge is leaning forward and does not cool properly. The second bedroom has an issue with the windows that we struggled to identify, but the room was very cold at night. The third bedroom's door is quite difficult to close.

The access to the beach and the privacy.

The furniture in the apartment could have been a bit more updated as it is outdated especially the furniture in the lounge area.

Superb

A little maintenance needed on some of the outside areas and coverings. Doors and slide rails, but apart from that, the facilities were fantastic

The all-around facilities washing machine tumble dryer as we have a 3 year old. The space and all the beaches.

Magnificent

Location is perfect best see view. Easy access to the beach and the pool.

The fridge definitely needs a new one the one in the unit is banged up a bit feet are broken so fridge leaning forward.

Disappointing

The location was absolutely brilliant. We were right on the beach and there were dolphins nearby.. Parking was undercover and nearby as well.

The owners really need to invest more capital. The furniture and general fit and finish was shocking, the TV far too small. No cushions for the outdoor plastic furniture. This really lets the side down.

Didn’t have a nice stay.

the view

the aircon didn’t work, the fridge messed water all over the kitchen, the bath mats was so old you could see right through them, the couches was dirty. the fans and carpet in the lounge was dirty. the dining room table has water damage and the chairs is loose. the pictures is misleading.

Lovely unit, close to the ocean, will definitely return.

Location was great. View stunning. Beaches awesome. Good dstv. Clean unit.

Unit needs maintenance. Aircon out of order, refrigerator not 100%, tumble drier doesn’t warm, electric frying pan no cord. Needs a paint on patio.

Position was good. Apartment with enough space for 6 guests. Nice sea view.

Overall the stay was great, we were treated to great weather and saw many whales and dolphins.

The positioning of the unit is fantastic, right near the sea with a really quiet beach in front of us, it was easy for our girls to go down onto the beach while we sat watching them on the balcony (bearing in mind that are children are older). The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens of a self-catering place that we have stayed in, but it would have been nice to have a corkscrew.

Some of the furniture in the apartment was really showing its age - there was water damage on the dining room table and the sun loungers were missing their lower portions. The bathrooms smelled of a dirty toilet, which required thick bleach to remedy. The drain in the one basin was blocked and we eventually discovered that this was part of the reason that the place smelled so bad but was fine once we cleared it. The paint is peeling in the bathroom and there is mildew on the ceiling.

Loved the private beach! Beautiful place and so comfortable. All the bedrooms have a stunning view of the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay.
