Nice location and price.

It is really close to Plitvice NP. Owners was really nice and helpfull. They gave us free transfer to entrance to National Park and tips how to move around the park. We spent there two nights. First in really beautiful and clean apartment, and the second in 4-persons room, which costs similar price but the value is lower. They have nice garden where you can sit and relax.

We arrived a day ago to stay before visiting the lakes (it says it's less busy in the morning). And it was perfect: the staff was friendly, there was a free parking spot, the only restaurant in town in walking distance (in the rush our in the evening it gets pretty busy). The place is just few kilometers from Entrance 2 to Plitvice lakes (also we chose this one as less busy one) so we went there by car in two minutes.

The hosts were nice and helpful. Location was great being 15 minutes away from plitvice’s park 2nd entrance. Beds were comfortable and there was free coffee and tea

The bathrooms situated outside the rooms lacked quality - the shower head was broken, the drainage was clogged from the get go and there were some other problems

minor repairs would be needed in the bathroom, but everything worked

We came to the lakes for a hike and were looking for a nearby place to spend the evening. It was perfect, quiet, comfortable, everything was fine. And the restaurant in the garden was very charming, dinner was a lifesaver and delicious after the hike.

There was not too much cutlery, but for the price, the rest was OK.

Very close to the bus station

The woman running the guesthouse was very unfriendly. When we arrived, she seemed irritated that we were there. Prices on their food were also unreasonable.

Very friendly host family. Nice surprise to get dinner served the evening of arrival (in the garden hut and terrace). Easy access to the lakes by 20 mins walk through the shady forest. Few more options to eat out in walking distance.

Plitvice Park is an absolute beauty and a must see. To do so House Katja is an ideal place to stay: very well situated (close to entrance number 2 of the Park), comfortable, adapted to children (we were traveling with our children of 7 and 5), with a restaurant on the spot and, above all, really friendly and helpful owners, who dedicated themselves to make our stay great. In brief, a place we strongly recommend.

Great location, very near to the lakes. It is very quiet. It is good equipped, with micro and water heater.

It's super close to the Plitvice lakes to go walking, is comfortable and clean.

The restaurant is quite expensive.

The staff is great, very helpful. The food is yummy, portions very, generous portions, k
