Breakfast was really good and we enjoy them. Staff was nice to us (at least before our last day) and we appreciate sauna as well. Location was in the middle of the Spindleruv mlyn which is also good.

I can not tell the same about our room. It smells like cigarets, the place was noisy and I never ever had worser sleep in my life than in this accomodation. Please do something about those beds and especially your pillows. They are terrible, definitely not comfortable. Also, checkout was at 11. Please do not knock on our door before. We know that we need to leave. We pay for that and if you want sooner checkout let us know day before. It was not polite and we did not like this approach. It is a hotel! After this experience I think that we could have more privacy and comfort in a tent! But it was not as bad as it sounds.

we loved this hotel, the staff was super friendly. the rooms were nice and comfortable and it was right in the centre. skibus, supermarkt, restaurants, bars, ski rent all within 100/200 m walking. and the restaurant below the hotel was very nice. we ended up eating there the most :) would definitely come back here
