Quite good

You can easily reach the town center walking down a staircase, just in front of the hotel. You can also reach the seafront, walking a little uphill and then down by a staircase, with an amazing panorama. The hotel has a nice swimming pool. The room was quite comfortable, with an appreciable balcony. Very gentle staff.

Breakfast a little poor, not so various. On the last day I had an early flight and they couldn't prepare bags for me with anything to eat or drink (but breakfast was paid for all the days). There are only 6 sunbeds in the pool. Mattress a bit hard.

Prima hotel voor een paar dagen

Het hotel ligt op een prima locatie. Alles goed te belopen. Niet geschikt voor minder valide mensen. Hotel is goed onderhouden en schoon. Bedden zijn comfortabel.

Het zwembad stelt niets voor. Er staan 4 ligbedden en het is heel klein. Niet om een dagje te vertoeven. De kamers zijn enorm gehorig! Je kunt de buren letterlijk verstaan.

Hotel antigo mas renovado com boa localização para o centro da vila. Simpatia de todos os funcionarios, limpeza 5 estrelas.

Por ser um edifício antigo, o isolamento de som não é o melhor. Mas não se vai para Ibiza para dormir muito.

Quiet location but overpriced.

It was in a quiet neighbourhood and clean.

Obviously - the hotel can't do anything about it's own location but it's uphill and when it's hot it is SUPER hard to go uphill. Would be good if the hotel pointed out the shortcut that is in front of the hotel. Another issue - supposedly the hotel can "call" a taxi - they said that they would. But then wouldn't monitor or tell you if the taxi was coming or not. We waited 20 minutes for a taxi and ONLY WHEN WE ASKED did the hotel tell us that the taxi was NOT coming. Staff are NOT proactive at all. I think for what we paid the hotel didn't live up to the cost. Breakfast was minimal. Location difficult. Staff not proactive. Bathrooms need updating. Note - that I paid 300 Euros PER night. In Dubai- I would be at a 5 star resort for that...

Everything was good. The staff are excellent, the hostel exceeded my expectations and was clean and even had a mini bar. Short walk to the old town so perfect for travelling about as only short walk to the port. I would rate the staff 5 * location 4* and hostel 5*

Exceptional

Brilliant location, amazingly clean rooms and public areas, friendly relaxed staff, great breakfast spread, lovely pool area. Great value for money and just a few steps and you are in the delightful Dalt Vila. The team also sorted a hire car for us, communicating promptly via WhatsApp which was great.

For a nice stay in Ibiza

The room was very big, nice, bright and clean, with all conforts and a nice balcony with a view on the pool. The staff was super nice. They let us checking-in the room much earlier as it was ready; they provided us with all information we needed; for the checkout day, we asked a packed lunch and they were impeccable in organising it. The breakfast was nice, I appreciated the varied choice of fruits, but there were no lactose-free and gluten-free options. The pool was an asset, there were not so many people using it and we could enjoy it in complete peace. I also loved the quality complimentary products in the bathroom.

The location was not so practical, due to the poor bus connections, its distance from Ibiza main bus stop when you come from the airport, and the fact that the Hostal was on top of a hill. By the way, it was only a few minutes by foot from Dalt Vila and in case you need a taxi, it does not cost so much (from the airport it's about eur 20). The Hostal does not have an elevator. There were no lactose-free and gluten-free options in the breakfast.

Disappointing

The only positive thing was the cleaning.

I didn’t appreciated the fact that the hotel didn’t warn us about how to park the scooter. We got a ticket (200 €) the second day so if you go there remember not to park in front of the hotel. The staff was not helpful, also one of waitress in particular was mean and rude for no reason. Bad value for money.

Nice and comfortable stay in Ibiza center

The location was very nice, very close to the old-city center, with nice views over the ramparts. The room was spacious and having a terrace was a plus. The beds were very comfortable and I liked having a small desk.

Only little problem could be if you have noisy partying neighbors although this could happen at any hotel. But I told reception and they helped me with it.
