Es handelt sich hier um eine schöne saubere Ferienwohnung. Es war ausreichend Platz für 2Kinder und 2 Erwachsene vorhanden und es fehlte an nichts bei der Ausstattung. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurde man herzlich von dem Ehepaar Raab empfangen, diese Herzlichkeit zog sich durch die ganze Woche unseres Aufenthaltes.

Wir hatte eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist in einem super sauberen Zustand, es war alles vorhanden, was mann benötigt. Der Ausblick war einfach traumhaft, alles rumdum perfekt.

Wunderschöne Umgebung, sehr herzlicher Empfang.
Diese Unterkunft kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen: die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt, super-sauber, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail. Herrliche Aussicht, Natur und dazu wirklich mega-freundliche Vermieter, die mit unaufdringlicher Hilfsbereitschaft alles tun, um den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu machen. Reizend, dass schon bei Ankunft Wein, Getränke und Süßes für den Gast bereit stehen! ERWÄHNENSWERT ist auch, dass zur Ferienwohnung eine großzügige Garage gehört. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Also: Daumen hoch!😃�👍�

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft - und die so sehr netten und entgegenkommenden Vermieter - sehr genossen. Eine Wohnung, die perfekt ausgestattet und mehr als sauber ist und ein traumhafter Blick aus dem Wintergarten auf eine wunderschöne Landschaft haben uns täglich aufs Neue begeistert. Die veröffentlichen Bilder sind schön, aber in Wirklichkeit ist es noch viel schöner dort. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Eheleute Raab, die uns eine unvergessliche Zeit beschert haben!

Hauzenberg ist eine Reise wert!
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung! Nette „Herbergseltern“. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Der Wintergarten ist natürlich das Highlight der Wohnung. Ebenso das Badezimmer, dass durchaus auch als Tanzsaal genutzt werden könnte ;-) Die Betten sind bequem; auch istmehr als genug Stauraum im begehbaren Wandschrank vorhanden. Abzug gibt es allerdings für den nicht vorhandenen Lutfabzug im Heizungskeller, der mit einer Tür an die Wohnung grenzt. Da hat es häufiger sehr nach Heizöl gerochen. Da sollten die Vermieter was tun; Duftöl reicht leider nicht aus. Ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das ist eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft!

Er stond in het ontzettend groot en zeer schoon appartement o.a. een heerlijke fles wijn op ons te wachten. De accommodatie was zeer compleet en comfortabel ingericht. Overal is aan gedacht. Mooie tuin, mooi uitzicht vanuit het appartement en een mooie omgeving.

Alles insgesamt sehr erfreulich. Nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Eine riesige Wohnung, großes Bad, Wintergarten, toller Garten. An Ausstattung vermisst man eigentlich nur eine Spülmaschine. Garage wird auch zur Verfügung gestellt.
Kann man nur empfehlen.

En nu voor de tweede keer hebben wij weer enorm genoten van dit werkelijk fantastische en schone vakantiehuis. Echt alles, maar dan ook alles is aanwezig. Daarnaast is ook alles perfect in orde. Al het keukengerei, de pannen e.d. zijn in perfecte staat. De eigenaren zijn super vriendelijk. Wij kunnen dit huis iedereen van harte aanbevelen!

We stayed at this apartment for a little over 3 weeks, and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Our hosts Max and Elfriede were very sweet and hospitable. Although they spoke no English, my husband knew enough German to communicate well. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Although it was close to the road, the noise did not bother us too much. We appreciated that we were close to everything that mattered to us. We felt very relaxed and enjoyed all the beautiful views of such a beautiful area of Bavaria. We would most definitely return and stay here if it becomes available for the timeframe we need it. Thank you, Max and Elfriede, for being such great hosts!☺️🙏🏽

Wir würden sehr herzlich empfangen und in die Ferienwohnung eingewiesen. Es gab auch gleich Hinweise auf Ausflugsziele, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit als auch die Geräumigkeit der Ferienwohnung liess keine Wünsche offen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieterehepaar war herzlich und unkompliziert und jederzeit möglich. Die Wohnung ist großartig. Sehr groß, mit schönem Wintergarten. Zwei Schlafzimmer. Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Komplett und hochwertig ausgestattet. Sehr herzliche und nette Vermieter.
