No me gusto nada

Tuvimos una experiencia poco favorable durante nuestra estancia en este establecimiento. En primer lugar, las camas eran extremadamente duras, proporcionando un descanso incómodo. Las almohadas, por su parte, eran tan finas que parecían bolsas de té usadas, lo que contribuyó a una noche de sueño insatisfactoria. Además, la elección de reproducir música hasta la 1 am en un día martes resultó inesperada y perturbadora. La falta de insonorización en las habitaciones fue evidente, ya que las personas que hacían ruido desde las 5 am no permitieron un descanso continuo. Nos decepcionó descubrir que las habitaciones carecían de privacidad adecuada, lo cual afectó nuestra comodidad durante la estancia. Además, el aire no circulaba correctamente, generando un ambiente poco fresco y agradable. Las habitaciones presentaban problemas de humedad, y las paredes estaban mal pintadas, lo que afectaba la calidad general de la estancia.

La ubicación del hotel está muy bien ya que se encuentra en el centro de Guatape.

Las habitaciones deben ser más espaciosas.

Hace demasiado ruido para uno q la hora de dormir no descansa nada me incomodo mucho la aseadoras a las 8 am hablando en frente de la Pieza de una cuando deben de tener un poco más de cultura y respetar el sueño de las personas que no se levanta tan temprano uno va a descansar

Uncomfortable bed, noise from the streets, cold water in the shower

We booked a room and when we got there they said it’s already taken so I guess the property and booking aren’t synced

The hotel was clean & located in a very central position, close to the main square!

Even though our booking was for a double room with balcony, once we were there the receptionist told us that there is only one room with balcony in the property. We finally Checked-in at 5:30pm (because the room wasn’t ready) & we got a room with no balcony. Very noisy position since there are many bars just below the hotel, we couldn’t sleep any night. The staff didn’t speak any English- it was hard to communicate even for the basic things!

The hotel is really well located.

It's too nosy, there is no security at night and someone tried to come into our room.

The staff was so welcoming, accommodating, and considerate of our needs!

Price is ok. Location practicly on the main street so very close to everything.

Very noisy, near by is a disco pub so very loud music, and rooms are very small. But for that price is ok.

It's located a few meters from the Guatape main park, and the price you paid it's fair enough for staying one or two nights.

The staff wasn't kind, and we found a living cockroach inside our room.

The hotel is in the center. It is very clean and the service is really cool.

It was pretty loudly from the street.

Friendly staff working at reception. Easy check in process and could check in earlier which was convenient for us. In the heart of Guatape with the main square, bars, restaurants all at your doorstep.

Can be a little noisy at night from the street, pretty standard for any Colombian city center.

We returned to the property after visiting the other smaller towns around Guatape. Would recommend this place.
