Great central location. Extremely helpful owner who lives onsite and is always willing to give advice and help. Lovely family room, exceptionally clean. We want that bathroom!

We arrived in the middle of the summer heatwave. The separate small mezzanine bedroom was extremely hot but did have a fan. I’m a perfect world that area would have ac but I understand that it is a little silly for just a few weeks a year.

A small facility with only two guest rooms. Breakfast was fine and our host went out of his way to accommodate my gluten free diet. Knowing we were travelling too early to have breakfast one day, he packed a special breakfast for us to have as we travelled. He was great with advising us on places to visit, how to get there, places to eat and arranging taxis etc. Facilities were generous in size and super clean. Position was excellent if you want to be in the old town.

Wide range of breakfast was available. Modern furniture, bed was comfortable. Kind and helpful staff. Flexible check-in time. We could also leave the luggage there on the day of leave until our plane's departure.

The quantity of breakfast could have been a bit more. Our room was facing to an inner court so that there was dark in the room.

My only complaint is that breakfast is served in the corridor outside the rooms, or at least my room, and there is no carpeting anywhere so the sound really travels. Although my room was like 10m / 30 ft away from the breakfast area, it sounded like they were directly outside my door. It was disruptive in the morning. This might not be the best hotel if you're a light sleeper or like to sleep in.. Or, bring earplugs. My suggestion to the proprietors would be to do away with breakfast entirely, there are so many good places to eat nearby, no one will miss it.

We liked the location very much. Close to all the main sites and the ability to get anywhere on foot was necessary since there was a taxi strike. The hosts live in the complex and were very accommodating. We liked it very much and will be back again

The location is amazing and yet it is really quiet for being in the middle of historic Napoli. The owner and host Claudia is fantastic and so helpful. We travelled with our teenage son and both rooms were extremely comfortable with lovely ensuite bathrooms. Breakfast was perfect and a great way to start the day. There is even a lift to the 3rd floor just make sure you have your 5c in Euro to use it first time then there is a handy jar of coins for future use.

Really lovely room in the old town part of Naples. The hosts were lovely and catered for our needs. we had everything we needed for our stay and anything we wanted to know, Stefani and Claudia helped us.

the room was amazing, big with allot of space. the food in the breakfast was tasty. the hosts were really nice to us and helped us with everything we needed! the shower was perfect and the room temp was great. will highly tell to my friends to go there.

The wifi in the room was not good, the connectivity was very low. thankfully we had cellular data but this is something that i think should get better.
