Okay stay for a few nights

Nice staff and breakfast delivered to the balcony. Free water refill available

Room was a bit damp and pool was dirty for our whole stay so we couldn’t use it, although they did have someone in to clean it on our last day. The sliding doors were not attached properly, leaving a large gap when closed.

Ligger i gåafstand fra Ubud centrum. Privat terrasse.

Badeværelset var ikke så pænt. En ny vandhane, nyt toiletbræt og reparation af fugtskade på væg ville hjælpe meget.

Из хорошего - бассейн и завтрак, который приносят к комнате. Местоположение хорошее.

Гест очень старый. На фото выглядит лучше, чем в жизни. В номере нет холодильника, чайника, шкафа с плечиками для одежды. Постельное пахло неприятно, на стенах была плесень. Оплата оказалась наличными после выселения, что было странно для меня.

Rapport qualité prix correct, mais sans plus

A la fois central et un peu à l'écart du tumulte la ville. 10 minutes à pieds pour rejoindre la rue commerçante. Petit déjeuner correct que nous avons pris au-dessus de la réception car les chambres au fond, côté jardin étaient très sombres et les moustiques bien présents...

Les chambres sont relativement spacieuses, mais humides. L'odeur des draps est assez désagréable, les nombreuses tâches aussi. Notre salle de bain pleine de moisissures. La piscine ne semblait pas nettoyée (aucune filtration). Nous n'y avons pas mis les pieds.

The location

Reception closed when we arrived and we had nobody to checked in. So frustrating

Recommended for a break in a silent space

Property Was great, the room was fine spacious, big bed, private toilet, breakfast was decent enough, staff was super helpful even with its little English all the time very attentive.

The shower pressure was super soft, the rest can’t complaint of anything else.

Mixed feelings about the place but in the end, glad we stayed

The gardens and property grounds were tranquil and well maintained and though it was a bit of a jaunt up the hill from the main road, the property was in a good location. Staff were kind and helpful, accommodating every request I made to the best of their ability. Breakfast was basic but good. Price can’t be beat either :)

As many have mentioned the rooms are musty and mold has clearly been covered with paint and moth balls (the scent of which left me w a terrible headache). Bathroom is small w not a lot of wiggle room/storage but shower worked fine. Air conditioner made a fierce hum but I got used to it - and it didn’t seem to bother my family members.

Place was nice but just in the dirt and mess..

The place was silent, and rooms were large.I stayed Uma Loris.There was drinking water in the kitchen but kitchen was terribly dirty and messy.Probably they never clean it.

There is no word like cleaning. The floor was so dirty, it looks like it has been cleaned years ago. Spidera web on the bathroom, the doors of the rooms were broken. I saw rat in the room because the door was broken!!! When i come there the stuff was watching video on the mobile phone and making noise in front of the rooms..

good value for money

Breakfast was ok, Bedroom was pleasant and having a view from the 1st floor on the pool. Location being just a bit not in the city center was good since it was more quiet. Laundry service.

The paint on the walls was peeling off and some spotlights didn't work. Then they really need to improve the bathrooms which were very basic, at least a counter for the sink to have a place to put your stuff. The pool didn't look very clean to us... so didn't try Grab taxi can't access the hotel, the road is too tight, so you will need to drag your luggage like 150-200meters depending on where the taxi dropped you and thus have the chance to admire the surrounding landscape !

Amazing stay

We stayed 2 nights and it’s worth the price ! The staff were nice and the room was big enough and confortable. We rented cheap scooter here and cleaned our laundry The location was good because you can walk ti the city center but it is very quiet

Nice breakfast, good aircon. Large single beds, most are hard type mattress. As with a lot of Balinese, need to clean the bathroom more thoroughly with product every week, between guests by scrub and have all grout kept white and glass spotless make a difference. Thanks

A little jungle near the mainstreet of Ubud

Lovely room/residence, it’s a little “jungle”. 10 min walk from the main street, which is really nice because the main street is very busy. We didn’t use the swimming pool but looks fine. You can rent scooters and arrange trips at the place. Every day you can fill in a form for breakfast the day after.

The room near the kitchen was a bit loud. The staff was friendly but didn’t really talk much. It felt like they weren’t really involved with you. Also don’t forget to bring a sleeping mask and earpluggs (which comes in handy for every stay in Bali!)

nice enough one night

very beautiful corner room, with plenty of privacy and soothing pond water sound

air conditioner is either too cold or not cold enough? The real problem for me was the heavy comforter, in tropical places i always prefer a sheet to use for covering. Having a fan as an option would be helpful too. The previous night at another location, we had a mild fan and one sheet for covering and it was much more comfy. Also had a few mosquitos buzz my ear at night

Great

Rooms were a good size and staff were lovely. We used their taxi service to do visit some places and then take us to our hot near the airport. They gave a good price and the driver was friendly.

The pool was small. It didn’t bother us but if you were going somewhere for a pool and to sun bath it’s not the one.

Calm place in Ubud with great staff

Really nice staff. Clean room with a swimming pool next to it. It feels really private since there are only a few rooms and the other guests didn’t even appear to be there except for sleeping. They have motorbikes to rent and they helped me get from Ubud to Nusa Penida (car and boat) for an exceptional price.

Pool wasn’t very clean but that’s just to be picky.

Very good

The place is cute and clean. Location is fantastic, as it's still close enough to the center but a bit off the beaten path. I love to stroll around in this area. The bed was really cozy. Didn't try the pool but looked clean.

I changed the first room upstairs because of strange smell and mold in the bedroom and bathroom. But also the second room had black mold in the bathroom which is something I can't tolerate. Besides that, the room is very clean.

Pleasant

The staff were nice and the location was close to downtown.

We travelled with small kids who love the pool - it looked nice in the photos when we booked but was really small and looked dirty when we arrived. The sun loungers were also really old and mouldy - we didn’t use the pool once. The room also smelled a bit damp (not a huge deal) but the linen on the bed also smelled which wasn’t nice when sleeping.

Best host and staff. Very friendly and supportive. property was located at prime location and nearby to hotels and some of the tourist attraction.

Bathroom and toiletries given would definitely need improvement there. But rest all look great

Superb

We loved the bed, room was great, pool nice, staff polite. Also loved the breakfast method. You order it the night before and they serve it outside your room.

The shower had minimal pressure and was either very hot or cold.
