We are located in the gated complex of Vista Waikoloa on the fourth green of the Waikoloa beach golf course. The course is a twenty seven hole layout, kings nine, lakes nine and beach nine. One of the advantages of renting this unit is the discount on T-times and able to book prime time T-times also at discounted prices because of owners membership. The condo has 2 bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, great room with large cable TV. Expansive Lanai wraps around the condo with impressive views of the golf course and Mt. Mauna Kea, the tallest mountain in the continental U.S. from its base. Condo is equipped with WIFI, 2 cable TV’s and telephone (calls to Canada free). 25 minutes from Kailua-Kona Airport. Great room is very comfortable with plenty of seating to enjoy your stay. Play games at the dining room table with our games here, or the favorites you have brought. Enjoy a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen, or take a short walk to one of the many restaurants in the King or Queens Court shopping area. The master bedroom has a cozy king size bed with on-suite bathroom, double sinks and very large walk in shower. Second bedroom can be open to the great room or closed off to create a private second bedroom. Relax on the wrap around lanai while enjoying the tropical sounds of the warm breeze and tropical birds. Take a short walk to Anaeho’omazlu Beach (A-Bay) and enjoy a day of surf and sand. After a day in the sun, cool off with a refreshing drink at the Lava Lava Beach Club and listen local artists playing for the restaurant guests. Beach gear can be found in the closet on the condo lanai for guest use. What a wonderful place to stay! We loved being able to walk out and watch the golfers go by. This unit is very spacious and has everything you need in the kitchen! The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and found a close place to park to bring our gear! Highly recommend!

We loved staying at this property for our first family vacation to Hawaii. It was very well maintained and clean when we arrived. It had all the essentials we needed for our week long trip. We were close to shops and restaurants as well as walking distance to the beach. We will hopefully be returning at some point in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. The hosts, Terry and Nancy, have designed an exceptionally well-furnished condo with a great kitchen, excellent beds and baths, tasteful decor, a relaxing lanai, and an extensive collection beach gear (fins, snorkels, etc.). We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everything was suburb. Condo was exceptionally clean, amenities ++, close to everything, very peaceful next to the golf greens, from lanai sun rise, had many dinners on the lanai dining table & having the George Forman was a bonus. Very close to walk to A-beach & shops. Would recommend this condo & would love to come back here again. ☀️😎

We have vacationed in this area many times. This was the best condo we’ve had. Clean, quiet, beautiful views of the sunrise over the mountain, close to the ocean & walking distance to the shopping areas. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen was well supplied with all the equipment we would need. The pool is an unheated lap pool, so we didn’t spend much time there. We were so happy with our stay and had a wonderful time! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed 53 days in Vista Waikoloa and return in May 2024 for 61 days. This condo is very comfortable for daily living. The beds and furniture are excellent. The condo view is epic. Walk to shops and beach in 10 minutes. We scuba dive with Blue Wilderness of Puako. Twice each week we do the morning 2 tank boat trip. We also go to Wednesday and Saturday Farmer markets in Waimea. Our first trip to Waikoloa was 1993. Thirty years have passed and the area continues to provide an excellent Hawaii lifestyle. See you at Lava Lava Beach club for fish tacos and wonderful view. Kinda far out from the Village area that we liked but very peaceful

Our family of 4 just returned from a wonderful stay in this Vista Waikoloa condo. The condo was very well maintained and well stocked. We appreciated all of the kitchen items (including tupperware) as well as the access to beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. All the small things were attended to and we even got a text during our stay from the owners about some local entertainment happening that our kids really enjoyed. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Terry and his wife are great hosts! Before we even got off the plane, we received a text,
welcoming us and to say we could check into the condo early. Terry also mentioned there was an
issue with the A/C and gave detailed instructions on what to do and that he would follow up later.
We found the condo easily, with the detailed instructions given to us. There was a nice welcome note
as well as a package of Kona coffee, waiting for us. The condo was perfect, very spacious, large
windows with great views, really neat and clean, well-supplied with everything one needs while on
vacation. Their binder was thought out, with lots of information regarding the condo, to suggestions
ranging from restaurants, shopping, sightseeing and activities to do.
The location was great as it was an easy walk to the King’s and Queen’s market and “A” Beach.
Terry and Nancy are awesome hosts to deal with. We appreciated their attention to detail and
encouraging us to contact them if we needed anything.
We would love to come back, to your condo and have a relaxing, worry-free vacation, in paradise.

The condo was wonderful, clean and nicely renovated. Exactly as advertised. Owners clearly take pride in providing a good experience for their guests.

The place was comfortable. Nice size and well equipped with all you need. We enjoyed our stay with one exception. Lack of control of the air conditioning made it a bit warm during the day and evening as the thermostat was locked at 76 F. It was set to 73 F at night which was on the verge of being warm as well.

This is a beautiful condo overlooking the golf course. It is fully stocked with everything you need. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Fantastic stay in the (hands down) most wonderfully appointed condo at which we have ever stayed. The attention to detail was outstanding. Location was great; we absolutely loved the location. My only constructive comment is that we were not able to control the A/C. We found this a bit frustrating as we were uncomfortably hot most days and nights. We asked the host if the temp could be reduced and it was (by a couple of degrees), but we would have preferred it cooler. We run hot, so maybe this wouldn't be an issue for all folks.

We cant say enough about the condo. There was more than enough room for rhe two of us. It would be perfect for 2 couples or a family. Very quiet, clean with great ammenities.
There is a coastal walking trail nearby, starts near ponds and goes out to the sea. Nice swimming and snorkelong areas nearby.
If you’d like to catch a sports game the Tropic Ale House is just around the corner. Its approximarely a 15 minute walk to the main beach near Lava Lava Club.

This condo is in a wonderful location. Walkable to shopping and plenty of restaurants. You can even walk to a close by beach or a short drive if you’d rather. The condo had everything we needed and more. We loved our view of the sunrise every morning! Terry and Nancy made sure we had all of the information we needed, checking in with us on our day of arrival and were quick to respond when we had a question. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Family of 4 stayed in the condo for 7 days. It was the perfect launchpad for our big Island adventure. The condo is well maintained with lovely decor. The indoor and outdoor spaces were great and the location is amazing. Walking distance to A-Bay and a short drive to the most gorgeous beaches. Coffee, groceries, shave ice and restaurants all a short walk. It's about 40mins from Kona, 30 to Waimea and a little over an hour to Hilo. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we visit the island.

This property was a great location and just the right size for our family of three. The pool/hot tub area was close by and the place is walking distance from shops, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo in great location
This condo is amazing - spacious, clean, and inviting. The furnishings were comfortable, appliances and housewares plentiful and top of the line. Beach accessories were so appreciated! The location was great (north of Kona so a car is recommended), but close to lots of activities and includes a parking spot. The condo pool and grill area are beautiful and never overly busy. The Big Island is really under-rated. It is gorgeous, and not as "touristy" as Maui or Oahu. Terry and Nancy were so accommodating. We LOVED our stay and hope to return again soon.

We had a very relaxing stay at Waikoloa Vista. Terry and Nancy’s unit was impeccably maintained and very well equipped. We had a minor issue which was resolved promptly and efficiently.

After a long travel day and an arrival after midnight we awoke to a beautiful, brilliant sunrise from behind the majestic slope of the volcano. This was just part of the expansive view from the lanai of this well appointed condo. It set the stage for our relaxed, enjoyable nineteen day stay.
Our hosts, Terry and Nancy, made us feel right at home with a welcome basket of; coffee for the pot, a gift card for Starbucks and a personalised note. Their home is current, well kept and complete with anything you need to enjoy your time on the Big Island, including books on the shelves, suggestions for activities, entertainment equipment and beach gear. They also thought of many of the little things you forgot like; scissors, packing tape, envelopes, a first aid kit, note pads, you get the idea.
The bedrooms are large and comfortable, as are the beds. The bathrooms are clean and bright. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare sandwich or a gourmet meal. The living and dining area has lots of relaxed seating and large widows looking out over the golf course and the mountains beyond.
The Vista Waikoloa is a charming location. Convenient walking distance to A’ Bay and the stores but at the quieter end Waikoloa Beach. The property has a beautiful salt water pool and the grounds are like a well maintained park. At supper time the communal barbecue area is a great place to meet the various interesting people who share this space while comparing recipes and bar-b-que techniques.
Simply put, this is one of the best places we have stayed on the Kohala Coast.

The condo itself was very well supplied with any kind of cooking device you would want. 2 Full Bathrooms are beautiful and spacious. Wifi was excellent and my family enjoyed using the spacious Lania. We all wish we could have stayed longer at this wonderful unit and it will be on our shortlist when considering a vacation on the Big Island!

We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen but found it a bit small for group cooking. We also enjoyed the master bedroom and adjoining bath but found the second bedroom small and lacking in drawer and night table space.
