Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Stadt, alles ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Es gibt sehr nette Einkausfstrassen, ein Kaufhaus usw. Man kann einen Trip nach Eisenach nur empfehlen. Übrigens, Tipp für Schwimmer: es gibt ein tolles Hallenbad in Eisenach mit Stahlbecken! Für Kenner ein echtes Schmankerl.

Tolles Hotel in fantastischer Lage am Rande der Fußgängerzone und nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Schönes Zimmer, fantastisches Frühstück und ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Es hat uns super gefallen!

Frühstück und Freundlichkeit sind nicht źu übertreffen.

Lage zum Besuch der Wartburg sehr gut. Hotel ist direkt in der Altstadt gelegen. Zimmer waren sehr schön, gemütlich eingerichtet und großzügig. Großes Badezimmer mit doppeltem Waschbecken und Badewanne. Frühstück trotz Corona in Buffetform, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Im Zimmer war es sauber, aber auf den zum größten Teil dunklen Möbeln war es etwas staubig.

The property location was perfect. The building is elegant. Breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed using the sauna and fitness room, which are perfectly located on the top floor.

It was really hot and no airconditioning. Also parking was difficult.

We booked this hotel last minute because it was the one night of our vacation when we did not have a hotel reservation. We needed a place to stay in the area, and fortunately found this hotel. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and in the center of the town. The night we arrived, we ate dinner at its restaurant, Leander. It was honestly one of the best meals we had during our stay in Germany. The same restaurant hosts the daily breakfast, and it was also delicious. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Great location right on a square in the city and not far from the AWE museum which, if you are a car person, I recommend. Friendly staff and nice room. Even had a water bowl available for my dog. Nice breakfast with plenty of options.

Not a fault of the hotel, but the public parking garage they recommended would not take any of my credit cards including my debit card. Maybe it only accepted the EC card? In the end, I had to find an bank machine, get cash, and get my car. Again, no fault of the hotel, but it took more time than expected.

Very beautiful lobby. Rooms were adequate but comfortable.

Parking was a challenge.

The hotel is in the heart of the city and it is a nice overall ambience. Rooms are spacious and rather "new" - and modern. Not overdone, just the kind of "normal" hotel I d like to see more often ie not one of those standard chains but also not one of those "very special" boutique things - just a normal hotel where the staff are very friendly and the overall atmosphere is nice and you feel welcome.

A beautiful hotel, really nice stay.

our room wasn’t cleaned during a 2-night stay. we didn’t know that was the policy, and it seemed strange to come back to our room and not have it made. no clean towels or water or anything.

The hotel was within a 5 minute walk from the train station so conveniently located with restaurants, shopping and areas of interest closeby. The bus to Wartburg Castle stops at Karlsplatz where the hotel is located. The hotel is lovely, our room was immaculate, beds comfortable, coffee and refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was outstanding.

I have no dislikes, the property was excellent.

The location was excellent, the clensiness was top rate. Breakfast, dinners and deserts were top notch.

I have not stayed in a hotel where you could not make yourself a tea or coffee in your bedroom. There was no facilities for this in the Vienna House Hotel, which I found disappointing. One of the two reception staff we meet was cheerful and helpful but the other was miserable.

The staff was friendly, rooms were nice, and food was great. Had a view of Wartburg Castle from our window.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was possible to reserve a parking spot in advance, and the fitness and sauna area were more spacious than at similar hotels. Comfortable beds and quiet, spacious rooms were very appreciated after a long travel day

Wifi was sometimes a little finicky to stay connected to. Fitness room didn’t have an exercise mat
