Good experience, good people

The staff were welcoming and very kind. Spoke good English and dealt with everything quickly. The room was large and comfortable.

Great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody travelling to Sabadell.

Room was high quality and very clean. Staff were also very friendly and location is close to a train station.

Average to low experiencd

Staff were friendly

Air con was a disaster and didnt work at all which was a nightmare when we were getting ready for the wedding and prevented us from sleeping. Beds were uncomfortable. Parking spaces fine but in general incredibly tight when moving around. Breakfast and room service very expensive.

Everything was working, and the bed sheets were clean.

The price does not reflect the overall experience. This hotel used to be spotless, but has gone downhill in recent months. Guests used to be given a free welcome drink, but that is also fine now.

Comfortable, peaceful and relaxing

I really like the staff. The why they welcomed me when I came to hotel. And arrange for the the things I need. And as long I was in hotel they always asked if I need anything. The staff was so nice, loving and carrying

A comfortable and convenient hotel in a convenient

Reception staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The hotel is well placed next to the large Catalonia Park. The underground parking (15€ )was very convenient. The bed was large and comfortable, and I was pleased the bathroom had a bath tub.

The breakfast waitress was surprisingly unpleasant to us.

Room is so clean with a view to the park. Comfort bed. Not so much choice for breakfast but still good. Staff are friendly in general.

Will continue to stay at this hotel whilst visiting Sabadell, highly recommend

Have stayed here several times whilst visiting family in Sabadell. Hotel continues to offer excellent value money. It is centrally located in Sabadell, the staff are professional and friendly, we have no complaints.

Friendly staff in a no-frills hotel

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. For example someone helped guide our car down to the underground garage. It was centrally located and the breakfast was good. Room service menu was also good. Nice touches for the dog - bed etc

The room was too hot and we tried to use the controls in the bedroom, not knowing that it was centrally controlled. The room was tired - flooring coming up, scuffs, deteriorating grouting etc. Parking was secure and we got our 2.4m car + box down, but it was tight!

Cheerful, quiet, and relaxing

Check-in process was smooth, and the concierge was very kind to give us vouchers for a drink (unfortunately, the bar service was not to the same quality). The room was clean and well presented. It even had a little coffee station, which was a lovely touch.

The lifts in this hotel are quite old, and can be a bit slow. When checking out in the morning, it can be a bit difficult to get out as the lifts are busy and packed. Guests should beware of the front entrance in colder weather, as there is a real slip risk.

The staff were friendly, however, this hotel can certainly do more to ensure guests are well taken care off.

It was quite clean and neat.

There were renovations going on and we were placed right next door to the room that had the renovations being done without any notice or apologies. Nor did they change our rooms. The drilling and hammering began at 7:30am to 8am every morning and finished around 4:30pm. This was very frustrating. We didn’t receive a daily replenishing of water nor was there an iron available. The bathroom had some rust and chilling on the sides too. I have stayed at other 4 star hotels in Europe and the service and quality has been excellent.
