Lovely hotel, great facilities and beautiful location. Staff passion and service needs some attention.
Beds and rooms were fantastic. Sports facilities were great. Beach chairs lovely. Nice selection of restaurants
1) Buffet food not great quality. Deserts were terribly disappointing. (except for one beach restaurant, where the food was noticeably better) 2) Glass boat trip was great, but the coral seems to be a in BAD way. 3) It felt like the hotel was looking for every which way to make more money out of holiday makers.

THIS IS NOT A RESORT BUT VERY EXPENSIVE AVERAGE HOTEL
breakfast ok enough
in our last resort there were 2000 guests and a train took tourists from front of the rooms to beach, pools, restaurant, reception . we were not expecting something so huge, nor do want anything that huge, but definitely not a hotel advertising itself as a resort with resort prices. this was pure stealing. you can't lie and market a small hotel as a resort and price it as a resort , have the word in it's name, when it in reality is very normal hotel. nothing was special except the rooms were nice and seemed renovated. Resorts have multiple pools. Multiple restaurants. Minimarket. Souvenir shops. Wonderful private beach. This humble hotel has 1 pool 1 restaurant 2 tiny souvenirshops with 5 items inside, neither never open, nothing available inside anyways. beach was one of the worst disappoinments ever as it's in the shade and sand is not white and solf like elsewhere on the island, or small islands around. it was dark at all hours of the day so the location of it was the wort possible. totally useless. no possibility to sunbathe and no desire to swim in darkness. I never saw people there. described with one word the place is HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I can't believe I paid a fortune for a fake resort. which turned out to be a small, humble, simple hotel. we travel abroad all around every 2 months and have never been this disappointed with any place. the prices in the hotel should be 50% of what they are. if they were and the truth was told in advance it would be ok hotel to stay in . we returned home very angry for wasted time and money.

Beautiful resort
Perfect location, beautiful hotel and grounds with lots of activities on site such as kayaking and wind surfing for free. There is also the giant tortoises which are a real treat. The views are exceptional and the beach is perfect. The suite size is very good and the rooms are very clean. The food is tasty albeit expensive.
The service was quite slow at times and as mentioned, the drinks and food are expensive. The beach towels are a little old/stained and communication with staff could be challenging.
