Slechte keus in kamer gemaakt. Gelukkig weinig gebruik van gemaakt overdag.

Locatie. Free cafetaria voor gasten. Vriendelijke receptie.

Good and friendly place near Taipei main station

The hotel is just 10-15min ride from Taipei main station, and the closest subway station is 10min walk The staff is very friendly and speak excellent english Room is average size, bed is very comfortable. There is a large community room where you can get drinks and snacks

They execute a pre-authorization to the bank. Depending on the bank it could show up differently, my bank showed actual payment even if hotel only requested authorization. It can be a bit confusing. The window is behind the bathroom.

Exceptional

The social lounge, very convenient for early morning drinks and snacks. Also came in handy for pre dinner snacks with aperitifs.

Could have done with a table lamp for reading so as not to disturb partner by switching on 2 lights in the middle of the morning.....

bed was nice, there’s a window, front desk was nice and helpful. let me store my bags for a few days. location is good, quiet but central.

you don’t really get a lot for your money. simply too much expensive for what you get.

Overall it was a nice and pleasant stay!

The staffs are nice, friendly and helpful. Also, all the online messages were replied promptly! Facilities provided are awesome, especially beverages and various tidbits. The location is good! The room is clean and spacious!

We heard some “wngggggg” noice which we couldn’t root cause where is it coming from (not sure if it’s coming from the sign board right outside the window or the public buses), but since the noice does not last long it’s still bearable.

Awesome little hotel with super-friendly staff, a great location and a great communal lounge area.

The staff were so helpful and welcoming (special mention for Jamie!) Rooms were small but well-equipped and comfortable. The best aspect was having access to the lounge area on the second floor next to reception where we could eat and serve ourselves free soft drinks, coffee and snacks. Having three kids with us, we found this a real advantage! The hotel is well-located too, near two MRT stations. with a 7-Eleven and Family Mart downstairs and the night market just down the road.

We knew the room had no window when we booked but still found it made the room slightly claustrophobic.

Superb

Great location, very friendly staff, comfy and cozy room. Love everything about Via Loft, will definitely return again.

Some of the cookies in the snack bar could be replaced, but we enjoyed the 24 hrs coffee.

Overall, surprisingly good!

Very good value.

The bathroom sink has some mold around it and the sound proof is a bit poor.

Nice rooms

Communal area with free flow of drinks, coffee, tea and snacks. Also the simple breakfast option - toast and buns. The room is also very spacious compared to other rooms in Taipei. Very well designed layout and toilet/shower area was big and very practical. Comfy beds too! Special thanks to staff member - Vivi, at reception who was very friendly sharing some nice food places to go around the area etc. She was very patient and helped us post out some postcards too!

We were a bit unlucky with the room. Got a room that was right in front of the communal area which was a little noisy. Shower glass door have a hole in its seal hence some water leakage - but wasn't too much of a problem.
