Once a pharmaceutical concern, is now a loft of charme on two levels with a private elevator and with a sunny terrace, on the roofs, where to spend moments of relax with the people who care. You will be immediately involved in a magic and suggestive atmosphere and you will be part of the town. Ideal for couples, family, group of friends. The apartment is new and renowed with precious materials. It is elegant, full of light and quiet, furnished with antique objects and family memories and equipped with every modern comfort. It's on two levels: downstairs with large living area, large sofa bed, television and dinner table, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and kettle. Also downstairs there is one bedroom with bathroom with shower. There is air conditioning in the entire area. upstairs there is a small living room with a sofa bed and the second bedroom with bathroom with shower. From this level it is possible to reach the private terrace of 100 meters furnished with table chairs, deck chairs and a barbecue that every guest can use. In this lovely terrace you will have breakfast with your family or friends and also take a small rest after having visited the town! Whats more the apartment has a private garage that is located inside the building at exclusive use of guests. The guest has free access to the entire apartment during their stay, they will be free to enjoy the house !! The house is just a stone's throw from the Duomo, Decumani Più Spaccanapoli, Maschio Angioino, in the heart of the Old Center near the Metro and Central Station. An ancient pharmaceutical workshop today is a charming loft on two levels with private elevator and with a sunny terrace, among the roofs, where you can spend relaxing moments with loved ones. You will feel involved in a magical and evocative atmosphere and you will be part of the city immediately. Ideal for couples, families, work, friends. The apartment is brand new and refurbished with fine materials. It is elegant, bright and quiet, furnished with antiques and equipped with every comfort. And on two levels: downstairs living area, sofa, television, dining table, and kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster and pantry plus a bedroom with bath and large shower. Laundry with washing machine, air conditioning and heating. upstairs: living area, second bedroom with bath and shower. From this level you access the private terrace equipped with every comfort for the exclusive use of the guests. It will be nice to have breakfast in the warm sunshine, in the rooftops, or have a drink in the company's family or friends, after a visit or itinerary in this beautiful city. The apartment also has a private garage with closed parking space inside the palace. Guests have free access to the entire home. You can access the loft with private elevator that leads directly to the house or from the condominium stairs. The terrace is for exclusive use of guests. It is very sunny and quiet, in full privacy and equipped with chairs, deck chairs and BBQs to enjoy every moment outdoors: breakfast, solarium and even small parties and events, complimenting the climate of this beautiful city. The garage is private. It is not allowed for guests to park inside with any car for condominial rules

Casa del Farmacista was the ideal base for our week in Naples. Located close to the Duomo it provided ready access to the historic centre and all the bustle and energy that goes with this part of Naples. The apartment is very secure and quiet, providing a great place to go back to each day when we finished sightseeing. It was well appointed so that we could easily eat in and the facilities allowed us to catchup with clothes washing.
We very much appreciated being met by Mattia who showed us around the apartment and was helpful in settling in.
Communication before and during our stay was excellent via Whatsapp messaging.

We were fortunate enough to experience 17wonderful days in beautiful Napoli. This is the PERFECT location with everything within walking distance including restaurants, coffee shops, food markets, and multiple historic and tourist attractions.
It is a comfortable walk to the port where you can pick up ferry service to Capri, Ischia, Procida, Amalfi Positano and Sorrento. It is also a very short walk to the Duomo Metro Station with service throughout this amazing city. The Central train Station, also within walking distance, has high speed train service to destinations throughout Italy.
The home is exceptional, well-appointed, extremely clean, quiet and spacious with private elevator. The two bedrooms were comfortable each with co-located modern baths with excellent showers and water pressure. The terrace is a sunny, quiet paradise and quite spacious. It is the perfect place to relax in the evenings.
The most wonderful part of this place is your host. Anna was so very welcoming with a wonderful kindness and with helpfulness throughout our stay. She is a true ambassador of this wonderful city and a National Treasure. She provides driver assistance should you need it. Our driver to the airport was outstanding. This beautiful apartment come with my highest recommendation.

The property was exactly as shown on the site. It was clean, had everything we needed, was well-located, and a peaceful haven after a day in busy Naples. What we particularly appreciated was out amazing host, Anna. One of us had an accident and Anna organised visits to the doctor and the X-ray clinic and stayed in touch throughout. She also had a team of people able to provide advice and organise trips, which was very much appreciated. Genuinely a super-host. We stayed at the apartment for a month and felt we only scratched the surface of this unique city.

This was a great apartment for 2 adult couples for a week in Naples. Plenty of space, a good location -- we walked many places, and it was 7 minutes to the Metro, 10-12 to the train station -- and surprisingly quiet considering it's right in the center of town. We didn't cook, but the smallish kitchen was well stocked.
We had a tiny problem with a shower head that broke, and Anna's very helpful and responsive associate Federico came to take care of it almost instantly.

We were luckier than we realized when we booked this apartment. It was centrally located near so many places to visit and easy to grab either the train or a taxi! The furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen was appropriately furnished. Anna went above and beyond in helping us and it was VERY much appreciated. My sister (age 58) and I (age 66) stayed in this fantastic apartment in the historic center of Naples for three nights in September 2022. Arrival and check-in were a breeze. The apartment is a quick cab ride from the train station. Anna's assistant Edgardo met us and showed us how to access the apartment and carefully reviewed with us all the necessary details. The apartment is VERY secure and features a private elevator reserved for the apartment. The location is perfect -- steps away from Via Tribunale, one of the main tourist streets in the old part of town. We felt very safe at all times in the neighborhood. Restaurants and shops are all accessible in minutes on foot. Anna was extremely helpful and quick to respond to our questions. The light-filled apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms -- everything was spotless. The weather during our visit was quite warm, and the apartment's air-conditioning kept us cool and comfortable. The Archeology Museum is very nearby; we enjoyed seeing the many artifacts recovered from Pompeii. My husband and I plan to return to Naples next September, and we will definitely book this apartment again. I highly recommend it.

Einfach klasse!
Anna ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir mussten unsere Reise wegen Covid mehrmals verschieben, und Anna hat uns jedes Mal ohne Zögern an neuen Terminen eingebucht. Sie ist immer ansprechbar, antwortet sofort und unterstützt, wo immer es nötig ist. Die Wohnung ist eine wahre Oase im Trubel der Altstadt Neapels. Die Lage ist hervorragend für alle Erkundungen in der Stadt, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll und gepflegt. Sie ist Teil eines typischen Altbaus und schon der Zugang durch ein Garagengewölbe und dann mit Privataufzug direkt in die Wohnung ist ein Erlebnis. Wir wurden von Annas Mitarbeiter Edgardo schon vor dem Haus erwartet, keine Frage blieb unbeantwortet und auch die Grundausstattung in der Küche mit Kaffee, Tee und diversen Kochutensilien war reichlich.
Aus unserer Sicht hätte es nicht besser sein können.

Appartamento ideale per visitare Napoli.
In pieno centro storico (a pochi passi dal Duomo) è dotato di tutti i confort e accessoriato di quanto necessario, peccato (visto il periodo) di non aver potuto sfruttare anche la terrazza a disposizione.
Gentilissima e disponibilissima Anna, la proprietaria, sempre a disposizione per ogni necessità.

Tout était parfait
Tout est neuf , propre, confortable,la réception a été rapide et efficace.
L appartement est en plein centre et extrêmement calme car sur cour .
Grande terrasse pratique pour prendre un verre mais d accès un peu compliqué pour y prendre un repas .
L entrée et l accès direct par ascenseur ont leurs idiosyncrasies propres auxquelles il faut s habituer .
L accueil est absolument parfait et la propriétaire complètement disponible .
Tous les produits de base démontrent sa générosité .
J ai pu laisser les bagages jusqu a l heure qui me convenait ( ceci grâce a l entrée et l ascenseur privés)
Nous recommandons cet appartement à tous sauf peut être aux parents avec de jeunes enfants.

Una meraviglia......
Abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo soggiorno di una decina di giorni nel mese di agosto e ci siamo sentiti "a casa nostra".
L'appartamento è un vero gioiello, ristrutturato con gusto, finemente arredato, dotato di ogni comfort e curato fin nei più piccoli particolari. La proprietaria è stata di una gentilezza rara, una signora squisita che si è resa sempre disponibile per fornire consigli su itinerari e ristoranti. Proprio sotto casa si trova un'ampia scelta di ristoranti, locali e negozi di ogni genere. Il centro storico dove è situato ci ha permesso di cogliere appieno il cuore di Napoli. Non ci resta che tornare.....

Un havre de paix en plein centre historique!
"La casa del farmacista" est un petit bijou!
Située en plein centre historique, elle permet d'accéder à pied à une majorité de lieux importants à visiter.
A deux pas, la via dei Tribunali où se trouvent de nombreux commerces de proximité et restaurants, également fréquentés par les gens du quartier.
Après une journée de visites, l'appartement, très calme et parfaitement équipé, permet de se ressourcer au frais grâce à la climatisation ou sur sa magnifique terrasse.
Point important: le garage privé fermé qui permet de venir en voiture ou d'en louer une en toute sécurité.
Quant à Anna, elle est une hôtesse très agréable, chaleureuse, discrète et disponible. Une belle rencontre!

Beautiful space in a wonderful place.
We are in Love!!! First time in Naples and couldn’t have chosen a more perfect apartment. The space is modern and well stocked with everything you might need and more. Location is great all the pizza right around the corner. Anna is the best, she even arranged a transfer to the airport at 3:45 am.

Fantastic apartment in the Napoli Centro Storico.
This was one of the best places we have stayed in (and we have travelled extensively) in one of the most interesting locations- the old part of Naples. We spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed the craziness & vibe of the city. Anna’s apartment is stylishly decorated, spacious and light. Comprising two bedrooms (each with big ensuite bathrooms), dining area, lounge, little laundry room with washing machine and fully equipped kitchen (including coffee machine and toaster) the loft is very comfortable. There is a lovely roof top terrace, with two seating areas accessed via stairs in front of the top bedroom- great to sit out here on a sunny day or to enjoy an aperitif before dinner. The apartment is well situated just a few steps from the Duomo and when you walk out you are right in the middle of everything. It has the bonus of an elevator (so no hauling bags up to the top level!) and is exceptionally secure. Anna is a great host — communicative, helpful, prompt and met us on our arrival to show us the way and get oriented. She also provided thoughtful recommendations about how to take in Naples and where to eat. Additionally, as the kitchen is generously stocked with basic items (oil, vinegar, pasta, water, butter, yoghurt, spices, coffee/tea etc) and there are small supermarkets, food stores & wine shops close by, we took the opportunity to eat in for a couple of meals after big days of sightseeing. Overall this is a great place in an amazing city and a definite five star experience! Highly recommended!

Très joli loft moderne, lumineux, épuré , confortable et décoré avec goût. Très pratique pour visiter la ville, car situé en plein centre historique, avec tous les lieux à visiter célèbres de Naples à disposition immédiate.
Anna la propriétaire parle bien français et vous renseigne, avec beaucoup de gentillesse, sur tous lieux, restaurants et commodités.
Nous recommandons vraiment cet appartement.

Très bel appartement conforme aux photos, situé à deux pas du centre du quartier historique. On peut tout faire à pieds, les restaurants sont nombreux.
L'accueil d'Anna, notre sympathique hôtesse, est parfait. Elle met tout en œuvre pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible.Un grand merci à elle.
Le seul point défavorable est venu du ciel avec des trombes d'eau pendant notre séjour.

Really interesting conversion
The layout was excellent for a couple and a friend. Apartment was clean and well equipped. We did not have to buy any extras which was great.
We loved the outside terrace though sadly we were not able to make much use of it.
Anna was really helpful and exceeded her duty in many ways including arrangement for pick up at the airport, booking a restaurant and putting us in touch with an excellent guide.
We really enjoyed our stay and the warm welcome received for all those we met.

Fabulous Apartment/A Definite Must
How to describe this wonderful apartment! First, the owner Anna, greeted us upon our late arrival and was so gracious. We received a personal tour of the property and gave us many recommendations of places to visit in Naples and even offered to assist us with any tours or reservations. This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is located close to all the major tourist attractions in Naples and a short cab ride to the Naples ferry terminal if you wish to visit Capri & Ischia. Oh yes and did we mention, the private terrace with private elevator and garage is ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! We can't wait for our next visit to Naples; Anna, MILLE GRAZIE! XOXO JUAN CARLOS E VICTOR.

Amazing place
The apartment was even better than what we expected. Anna is absolutely fabulous of kindness and help. She was always answering our questions when needed. The apartment Itself is very well located to visit Naples. It is more than confortable, cosy, functional and well decorated. We loved It and our children didn’t want to leave it.
