Caravan was fab and close to all the rides and market

Convenient and Spacious

The van is a little old, so a little unstable when walking down it.

There was everything that you needed and you would normally have to buy like salt and pepper and washing up liquid

owner was very friendly and good with communication

it was very dated which we expected, we arrived to find another family in our caravan which they had already unpacked. the family in the caravan were not happy to move. we offered to move instead but was told the other caravan was smaller yet there were exactly the same number of guests within their party. apparently the other caravan was of a much higher standard yet same price. we were offered a partial refund to compensate us for the fact we had to completely clean our caravan after the other family moved out. this was during covid so not great.

The property was value for money

It needs a little modernization and also try leaving a map of the caravan site (which are available from reception) in the caravan so people don't get lost on the actual site as it's a large caravan site

The cleanliness or the van, even though the floors and worktops where clean , the insides of some of the cupboards where dirty and the inside of the cooker had Burnt on food and crumbs . I know it’s a caravan but if it was a hotel room you wouldn’t accept it. I know not everybody who uses the caravan have different standards of cleanliness and don’t care how they leave a van after their holiday, but when you arrive on you holiday you expect everything to be cleaned inside and out. Apart from that, I cannot complain about Samantha Taylor’s excellent customer service.

Caravan was dated but great value for money. Owner was very informative and helpful. Deposit paid back on same day of departure caravan was clean but broken bits of furniture placed in cupboards

Staff were in general rude . Club house run down a little. Chip shop by arcades never open . Mix bag of holiday makers

Good price

Not thoroughly cleaned. Found rubbish under beds etc.. from other visitors. Transport required to get anywhere.

The porch and the size or the carven in general had cups, plates and a toastie machine was handy just alot of stuff you would need in general

Couldn't get the oven to work, gas ran out after a short time. Moulding in places and alot of broken window latches didn't stay open the odd broken thing like chairs and doors or holes in places , shower worked I guess. Smells damp alot

There where ants in the living room going all over the table seen some in main bedroom one bedroom light wasn't working kitchen light didn't work kettle leaked so we couldn't use that very outdated caravan beds was uncomfortable my daughter sleep while we was there because of ants and her bed wasn't comfortable we went home yesterday morning we couldn't stand being there any longer there wasn't much room in bedroom are bathroom to move around

Local brillant,

Could have been cleaner I.e dirty cutlery and crockery, all cupboards full of rubbish oven did not work. It needs an overall deep clean

Pet friendly... cheap price, gas fire and oven didnt work on arrival but owners were quick of the mark to buy us 2 brand new portable heaters and a portable oven so we were warm and could still cook, they contacted coral beech for us and engineer fixed the fire and oven after the first night. My 6yo son said the caravan was freakin awesome 😀

A few things were broken on arrival but understandable and didnt mind considering the last year with covid and everything

The communication was perfect. For me the break at this place will hold a special place in my heart through the experiences over past couple of days.

Nothing not to like.

The smoke detector kept going off all weekend didnt get much sleep,the tap on the shower was broken my partner burnt himself badly and two windows were left open the middle and main bedrooms and the oven and grill did not work but apart from that is was a good weekend the caravan was ok but it does need updating

I loved it all
