We stayed in Ischia for the first time and Villa Pietra Verde was definitely the right place to stay. We stayed in the upstairs room which basicly means you have a private room, garden & barbecue since no other guests bother to go upstairs, haha. The outdoor kitchens are great fun and definitely a lifesaver on one of the more expensive islands of Italy. Tony was a charm and really helped us with everything from recommendations to getting comfortable, renting a scooter and taking us to the port for our ferry. No complaints, definitely coming back sometime!

Everything! The place was well maintained, clean and beautiful. Tony helped us with everything we needed. We love the spot for sunsets and the outdoor kitchen.

Everything was perfect, amazing apartment, lovely views and great host Tony. He was so helpful, and always responded to every query. We had a little accident and he took us to the hospital and assisted us throughout. The villa is gorgeous and the the pool is very clean. I would recommend this villa to everyone. Couples, families and friends. Communication was incredible with host and made life so much easier. Couldn’t ask for better!

Location was perfect, amazing views! We loved the pool and the outdoor kitchen. The room with the terrace was very nice, great to have a small kitchen. The host Antonio was terrific, very friendly, responded fast and had good recommendations. There are some restaurants and a supermarket at walking distance, but we rented a scooter which gave us a lot more freedom.
Our neighbours were quite noisy late in the evening, so it might be good to have some rules for noise after 11 pm. The shower was hard to regulate in temperature so it wasn't the most comfortable shower, not a dealbreaker however.

The views were stunning and the location was very peaceful. The villa had great facilities, both in the room and out. The outdoor kitchen was our favourite part and the steam room
was very relaxing at night. The staff were helpful and the location was excellent, just over 5 mins walk from the bus stop that gives you easy access to the whole island.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Pietra Verde. Antonio reached out to us before arrival to to help us get there, gave us super helpful tips about the house and the area, and was available for anything we needed.
The location was perfect for us - it is not at the seaside, but beaches are 10min drive. The property is far from the busy street, so very quiet; a supermarket is nearby.
We had amazing view from the terrace, and could enjoy lovely time in the garden and the pool.
Our apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped, bathroom large and comfortable.

Amazing place with amazing host! Very relaxed, super clean, spacious apartment with all amenities you need. Ice cold air conditioning and large bathroom, large patio in front as well. Great secluded location just 10 minutes walk from the city. Unbelievable view from the pool with a barbecue dining area. More than enough sun lounges. Best value for money ever, will be back next year for longer for sure!

The place was magical full of good vibes, we loved the fact that we had a lot of intimacy and privacy. The pool's temperature is perfect after a nice day at the beach. the view is very nice and the people from the Villa are very sweet. A special thanks to Tony who hosted us and welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine from Ischia.

Washing machine shared with others guests close to our room make some noise in the early morning and night.

The pool was clean (the hosts took care to clean it every morning). Also, the garden was nice and clean. Domenico and Antonio where very responsive when we asked for amenities. It seemed like a family-run business and I like the idea of that.
The fact of not having any soap in the bathroom was unexpected for us. Wi-fi signal was poor.
Some signs on the road would have helped us to get there faster (we counted solely on Google Maps that didn't lead us to the real location, but somewhere close). To get there by car is a real adventure for experienced drivers only (or not even so).
All in all, I would say that we payed a lot of money that didn't reflect in the quality of the services provided.
