Price was too high, no value for money

Location is quite good.

The service was vey bad. They didn’t check the amenities of the room before my check in. Hot water wasn’t available throughout, especially during winter. When raised the complaint, there was a considerable delay in fixing the issue, by the time we had taken a shower in cold water.

Facilities shown in pictures and mentioned in website were not same that's why I am disappointed

The water always available in the lobby in 20 liter container

The bathroom and toilet are not clean well Beds are not comfortable and have noise Internet connection sometimes disconnected for a long period of time TV was not program well and we couldn't to watch worldcup matches

The staff behavior was so good speacially Khalid Al Malki another . Every thing we want , they provider for us . They are too Kind and funny.

The hotel was old but cleness was good

This hotel is soon old .it should be demolished and rebuild. Everything is old furniture and A/C

I was charged 13 to 14% more than my pre book amount. My booking was included with Munciplae tax and Torisam tax , which was again charged . On showing my booking they refused to correct amount
