Die sehr gute Lage, U-Bahn Anbindung direkt neben dem Hotel,

Bei Bezahlung am Abreisetag ein ganz böses Erwachen.
Eine an Unfreundlichkeit nicht zu überbietende Frau B.
berechnete uns Reinigungskosten in Höhe von pauschal 80,00 Euro für die Reinigung einer Matratze.
Begründung Ein Rotweinfleck auf dem Lacken weshalb eine Reinigung der Matratze notwendig ist.
In der Tat hatte meine Frau etwas leichten Rotwein auf dem Lacken in einer Größe von ca.10 cm verschüttet.
Die Dame an der Rezeption wies uns in Ihrer unfreundlichen, arrroganten Art noch darauf hin, das man halt im Bett keinen Rotwein trinken sollte.
Wir erhielten lediglich eine Hotelrechnung mit dem Endpreis ohne Aufzählung einzelner Positionen.
Erst auf meinen Wunsch wurde mir eine erneute Rechnung mit der Position Reinigungskosten Euro 80,00 ausgehändigt.
Weder wurde diese Position belegt noch beseitigt!
Ich möchte niemandem etwas böses unterstellen, aber mich umtreibt hier ein ungutes Gefühl!
Dieses Hotel werde ich nie mehr buchen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt an der U-Bahnstation aber ohne Lärmbelästigung deswegen. Das Personal ist super.

The room was spotless and that is as good as it gets. There is one English speaking channel on the TV and that is France24 news. One of the staff was friendly, the rest gave off a somewhat xenophobic vibe.
I stayed for 3 nights but had to checkout before breakfast was served. I thought the price of the breakfast might have been taken from the total but it was included and that was €9.50. I had a taxi waiting so I didn't feel like arguing, I just wanted out.
I most definitely won't be back.

The staff were always friendly/supportive and the rooms on both occasions were perfectly suited to my needs. The breakfasts were amazing! The hotel is ideally suited near the centre of what is a very friendly, university town and with easy access to the U-Bahn.
I am afraid there is no air conditioning, and this would have been helpful during a very hot summer. Fans were provided though and these were both helpful and very good.

Good breakfast, and in an extremely quiet location outside of Munich. Comfortable beds, and the redecorated rooms were nice.
The hallways are still in the middle of a redesign - so it's a tiny bit 'underdressed' beforehand.

Convenient location, right at the metro (U6) station, in a cosy square with few good restaurants.
Friendly and helpful staff
No air conditioning in the room - especially for upper floor, this is fairly important during summer months.
A bit pricey for a "no breakfast" stay - including the breakfast would make it fair
