This well decorated single family vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood in West Bradenton. Just minutes to Florida's most famous white sandy beaches on Anna Maria Island and a short drive to the world famous Siesta Key beach. It is only 2 miles to the IMG Academy, 15 minutes to Sarasota airport. Close to shopping, entertainment, restraurants, nature preserves, golf courses, and Lecom Park (formerly McKechnie field) or Pittsburg Pirates' training camp. The beautiful landscaped home offers all the amenities you need for a sun drenched vacation. The large private fenced backyard with plenty lounge chairs overlooking the pristine blue pool surrounded by tropical landscaping. The brand new heated pool features a large shallow and deep end that will give you hours and hours of fun. Then when the evening arrives the LED pool light will transform your pool area into a dazzling light show. This home is well-appointed with brand new modern beach themed furnishings and many entertainment amenities such as Free WIFI, Premium cable, Free Netflix, and Free Pandora. The master bedroom has a King size bed, smart TV and private master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. The most popular guest room( Queen sleeper) / TV room/ business center room has a large Smart TV. The spacious modern kitchen is beautifully designed with upscale fixtures and appliances including all new stainless side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, stainless dishwasher, stainless glass cooktop/ convection oven and stainless microwave with granite counters. The open concept kitchen with a bar area offers more seating arrangements. Other Perks we offer at this house are pool toys, beach towels, beach gears from umbrella to beach chairs. We were there during Christmas and stayed 3 nights. The home was very clean and was well stocked. The host was wonderful to deal with. She was very quick to respond with any questions. She even left us a gift! Would highly recommend this house. Was easy to get to Anna Maria Island.

We rented this property as a temporary dwelling as we were moving my Mother out of her condo in the same area. Maggie was amazing with communication and very accommodating with a last minute add to our stay. Despite Idalia rolling by while we were there, we had a great, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Pool and accommodations were great and neighborhood was good. Would stay again and definitely work with Maggie again. Thanks for everything!

We stayed for only one night at this fabulous home. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities and “ extras” provided by our host, Maggie. The pool was amazing and so relaxing- I think I fell asleep on the raft! We were so close to the beach at Anna Maria Island and felt that our 2 day trip from Orlando was so worth the drive. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories.

The property was super close to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. There was a lot of near by stores and restaurants. Overall my weekend stay was relaxing and fun. I’ve never rented a house before and I would definitely do it again.

The house was absolutely immaculate. And beautifully decorated made you feel right at home. And made you feel like you were a little bit in paradise everything was so beautiful. The swimming pool was marvelous. There was everything in the house that you absolutely needed. And I definitely could have forgotten some things at home and wouldn't had to go out and get anything It was right there. Maggie was wonderful a host. An extremely patient with this one right here 😊. Especially the first night. When I went to make sure the front door was locked. Not thinking about it being locked from the outside but not from the inside. So me being thick headed haha. I'm just like it has to lock! So I get a hold of Maggie and she's on the phone with me for 5 minutes. Now mind you I have to say I only have one ear that actually works. And bless her heart She kept trying to tell me no it locks all on its own You should hear a click. I knew the sound she was talking about. But then I finally had to tell her I'm so sorry. But I can't hear it. She's like no you should be able to. And then I realized it was such a soft sound. That with my hearing problem I couldn't hear it. But it was definitely locked. But she at no point ever made me feel like I was bothering her and she was so patient with this thick headed woman. And it made me even want to stay more. I could not have asked for a more beautiful house to get to spend my vacation in. I will definitely be back

The house was perfect, it had everything you could think of for your stay. The pool was so beautiful, we all really enjoyed it. The house was very clean and the owner was so nice and great communication. The house was very close to the beaches too. We would love to stay here again for our next vacation.

Maggie is Amazing!!!! She was very accommodating. The house fit 3 adults and 3 kids and 1 toddler comfortably. House was very cute and clean. Kids loved the pool! We only stayed one night. Will definitely book again when we come back next time!

We enjoyed staying at the house in December of 2022. It is a good value. It is about a 20 minute drive to the beaches. The home was very clean and well-appointed. The communication with the manager/owner was superb. The pool is very nice. The kitchen is great.

Maggie was very accommodating and attentive to our needs and concerns. The pool was smaller than expected, but we weren’t there for the pool. The location was nice. I was a little concerned about the house when we entered the neighborhood, but the house was very clean and had more than enough “toys” to keep everyone entertained.

Exactly what we needed!
My family and I stayed here for 3 days in June, and it was exactly what we needed. The house was clean and in a nice neighborhood, close to shopping and the beach. Maggie was phenomenal as well. If I had a question about something, she replied within seconds. There's true pride of ownership here, and Maggie has every detailed covered. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Mother’s Day Getaway
A group of of mamas decided to have an overnight stay here to celebrate mothers day and it was great! Wish we could have stayed longer. Everything about the listing is accurate and even better in person . The communication with Maggie was great . She was very prompt and helpful .

Absolutely wonderful
Maggie's home was perfect for us! My husband, small dog, and I stayed for 2 wonderful months and had family visit for a few different weeks. The home literally had everything we could have possibly needed from kitchen appliances, cooking supplies (even spices!), pet goodies, additional bedding to beach chairs and pool toys, and all of the rooms were a good size and we liked the open feel to the living room, kitchen and bonus room. There are nice TV's in the living room, bonus room, master bedroom, and 2nd bedroom. And something that was really important to us - very comfortable beds and furniture!
The heated pool was amazing and used daily along with it's colored pool light and the lounge chairs! We loved being able to see the pool from the family room's wide sliding glass doors or relaxing in the screened in lanai. Having a fully fenced, private back yard was great for our little pup. We also loved looking out at the palm trees and tropical plants every day too!
We love visiting different beaches and this home was in the perfect location to do so. We visited Englewood, Siesta Key, Lido Key, Coquina, Bradenton, Anna Maria, St Pete Beach, Madeira, and Clearwater, all within 1hr 20 min, but Coquina, Bradenton, and Anna Maria are just about 15 min away so we went there most often!
My niece's 3 and 5 year old's loved the skatepark, splashpad and playground at Riverwalk and the Dinosaur museum that were nearby. Everything is conveniently located near this home and even an inexpensive Uber ride away if you choose to Uber.
I can't say enough about how sweet and accommodating Maggie and her husband were. Maggie goes above and beyond with her communication and kindness to bring anything needed. We walked into a clean smelling, adorably decorated beachy home with snacks and drinks provided and couldn't have felt more welcomed the entire 2 months. Maggie is incredible.

Great home and great host!
Here is the short version, if you dont mind driving to the beach and other destinations, I suggest go ahead and book.
This is a lovely home that has clearly been remodeled on the inside. Decor is beach themed, modern and tasteful. The bonus room I would guess is a converted garage that offers some additional space along with a foldout couch that makes the home feel airy.
The kitchen is small, but updated with everything you will need for your stay. Maggie was nice enough to also leave some snacks and beverages.
The dining table can seat 6, with room for another 2 at the bar area. 4 barstools are available, but I feel this would be crowded and wrap around to the kitchen space.
The main living room has glass sliders which offers a great view of the pool and backyard. There is also a screened in porch with more seating.
All rooms have TV's except for the bedroom with twin beds. The only TV with cable is the main living space, but all others have Roku and other apps.
The pool is lovely with stairs and a swimout as well. We were glad to have the heater during our stay for sure!
Maggie was a lovely host, even emailing me that the house was available before check in time, so it may be to your benefit to head that way early.
Again, if you dont mind the drive to AMI or the beach, I would recommend this house. If you go on off hours, you can make it to AMI in 15-20 min. If you go at peak hours it will definitely take you longer, and parking is always a challenge.
This house is in an older ecclectic huge neighborhood with no HOA, so you will see a wide range of designs and upkeep. Definitely have your GPS handy, I dont think I went out or came in the same way twice! Everything you need is just a few minutes away. Restaurants, groceries, pharmacy, etc.
I'm sure you will enjoy your stay as much as we did!
