Amazing location and views out of this world

Beautiful property run by a great family. We had a lovely time by the pool and seeing the sunsets from our room. And Denise’s homemade raviolis were delicious too!

The streets around the property are very tiny, but Fabrizio did a wonderful job shuttling us back and forth from the parking lot whenever we needed, so it wasn’t a problem at all!

the property was immaculate, beautiful gardens, terraces, view, and the room was well appointed . There is so much love and pride that the family puts into to their villa and they are attentive to your every need. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back.

Denise and her family were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay! Villa Denise was one of the best places we have ever stayed! We couldn't believe how clean and tidy it was, and how nice the views were from our room and at breakfast. The whole place was beautiful with such a lovely homely relaxing feel! Breakfast was so nice and everything was fresh. We were also very happy with the shuttle service provided to Siena station, thank you Fabrizio! Would definitely recommend!

A bit further out from Sorrento. Need to get the shuttle from Villa Denise to Siena station, it is only a short train to Sorrento but can be a bit tiring if you want to visit Sorrento a lot. Cannot fault anything else!

Staying at Villa Denise is not like staying at a hotel or a bed and breakfast. It’s like staying with dear friends who just happen to be excellent cooks, immaculate housekeepers and have a quaint Italian villa on a quiet hillside with a gorgeous view. We chose to stay at Villa Denise because it was so economical and extremely well-rated on the Booking app. Thankfully, the reviews did not overstate how lovely this place is. Fabrizio was our first contact and he made us feel right at home immediately. He is the person who does a little of everything, from concierge to shuttle driver and made getting from Dal Patriarca Ristorante where we parked our car (and enjoyed a few delicious meals) to Villa Denise a breeze. Villa Denise is somewhat remote but the shuttle Fabrizio provides makes staying there accessible and easy to manage. Fabrizio and his parents, Denise and Giovanni, run Villa Denise together and it is a seamless operation. Fabrizio makes the arrangements for guests and drives them short distances. Giovanni and Denise do the cooking and breakfast was always delicious. They all made us feel extremely welcome, like part of the family while giving us plenty of space to feel comfortable. The back patio and front driveway of Villa Denise overlook the beautiful Gulf of Naples with a view so lovely that it was difficult to want to go do anything else! But go we did and Fabrizio made arrangements for us and was always available to help us get where we needed to go, within reason, of course. If all this weren’t enough, the rooms are comfortable and immaculately clean. You know how dust collects in window corners or on baseboards? Well, that does NOT happen here. Everything, inside and out, was extremely clean and well-maintained. It’s also very secure. For example, the alcoves that house 2 or 3 rooms has a lock on the outside so that we went through 2 locked doors to get to our room. It felt extremely safe.
