Perfect

I usually look at two things when booking a hotel, cleanness and location, both were perfect!!! Location is in the near of everything from all sides of the hotel you can find some important places and it’s in a quit area with easy transportation. Staff are very friendly and always wanting to help, breakfast is delicious. I can recommend this place, will definitely come back again!

There is nothing negative, I just recommend to put a full mirror in the room because in our room we did use the bathroom mirror.

Όλα ήταν όπως θα έπρεπε να ήταν , καθαροί όλοι οι χώροι , το δωμάτιο πάντα καθαρό κ όμορφα στολισμένο από τον Ασλάν (αν θυμάμαι σωστά τ’ονομα του ) Πάντα εξυπηρετικοί όλοι τους με χαμόγελο . Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα !

Very nice clean hotel with very good location and very good staff

Location very good close to all important places to visit , restaurants Nearby shops markets all very close , transportation also good ,very near tramway Clean hotel rooms were daily cleaned , very helpful and nice staff all of them but i can remember murat and Seda they were very nice and helped us a lot All staff at reception were smiling and kind and helpful

Simple thing , maybe hand showers on bathroom need to be fixed because water was coming thinly not strongly, but shower in the ceiling was very good

Enjoyable , very clean ,friendly and helpful staff deserve all respect, i definetely recommend this hotel

Staff were very good all of them they helped us with everything we asked them about When you call they come quickly and serve you about any thing you ask them for , first we did not like our room it was small they upgraded it to sweet They were very helpful murat , Seda, all of them but i cant remember the names., breakfast was good with many choices and location was good close to all most historical places , shops, markets, restaurants , tramway within walking distance you can go everywhere very good place to stay, besides rooms were cleaned daily clean hotel

An average stay made great by the staff’s attention

Amazing staff. In particular, Seda and Ozan were very helpful and always at our disposal. The location of the hotel could not be better: 3-5 min walk from the main attractions. Impressive breakfast selection . Confortabile bed and warm room.

The room could have been better decorated and larger. It didn’t seem like a 4-star hotel room: the view was towards other rooms. Of course this makes the room quiet but also a bit dark. There wall also holes in the walls and no wardrobe. The cotbed provided for the baby was flimsy and potentially uncomfortable.

Hôtel bien mais sans plus par rapport à son prix.

L'emplacement est le grand point fort de l'hôtel. Les chambres bien nettoyées tous les jours avec des bouteilles d'eau, bravo à l'équipe de nettoyage.

Le petit-déjeuner mauvais (pas de jus frais, peu de choix qui donnent envie, beaucoup de fruits secs). Un spa vraiment peu plaisant, une salle de fitness minuscule. Les photos ne correspondent vraiment pas à la réalité.

Śniadania bardzo smaczne. Bardzo miła uśmiechnięta obsługa. Super lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko zwłaszcza do głównych atrakcji Istanbułu. Praktycznie nie korzystaliśmy z taksówek bo tramwaj był niedaleko hotelu. Polecam serdecznie.

Wonderful

The location - It was a 5 to 8 minute walk, no hills, to the entrance to Basilica Cistern, Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, or Topkapi Palace. The Grand Bazaar was a 10 minute walk. There were a number of good restaurants, inside and out, within a block. The Breakfast was fantastic. It covered a number of cuisines to match the diversity in their guests. It even has a honeycomb for those who wanted fresh honey for their tea. The staff - was very accommodating. They gave great restaurant recommendations. They called cabs. They gave me an extra key when I lost my husband in the Blue Mosque. They prepared fried eggs for me instead of the scrambled eggs on the buffet. A special thank you to Sedia from Guest Services. Our room was the executive suite so we had plenty of space. The bed was comfortable. Unlike most European hotels it even had drawer space.

We had a king size bed but the duvet might have been a double size as it only covered the top, not the sides, of the bed. Some people might not like the couple of steps down and up in the hallway and the room entrance but it was not a problem for us.

Very good location, superb cleanliness and friendly staff, who go beyond their duty to help you. Hospitable people.

Because of its location, everything available in hotel to suit varied tastes, and brotherly staff. Excellent breakfast, which is free. The menu is so large for breakfast , it is impossible to test and taste all breakfast items .

The price performance very good

Very nice hotel in Istanbul, smaller rooms but everything was there. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast varied and good. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again next year

A gem in the OId Town

-The location is absolutely great, literally a stone's throw from Basilica Cistern and Hagia Sophia. -Lots of dining options all around, although they are touristy and overpriced, as everywhere in the Old Town. -Tram stop is very close and the pier (Eminonu) and metro (Sirkeci) are not far either, either on foot or by tram. -Friendly staff -Good breakfast

Pleasant stay, great location

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The staff members were extremely polite and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel's location was fantastic, with all the popular tourist spots within walking distance, making it convenient for exploration. However, one drawback was the room sizes, which were a bit small for a big family. Nonetheless, I would recommend this hotel for its courteous staff and ideal location.

Superb

Great location within walking distance of attractions and shopping. The people are so friendly.

Too crowded and traffic jams. Weren’t able to visit any of the attractions because of the long queues. Booked a 1/2 day trip that turned into a full day because traffic was horrendous and we couldn’t get from one location to another on time. Spent more time on bus stuck in traffic than the actual tour.

Lovely hotel which is in walking distances of top tourist attractions, restaurants and bars.

Lovely hotel in an ideal location and close to top tourist attractions within walking distances. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and allowed for an ealry check-in. The room was very comfortable and clean and the buffet breakfast had plenty of choice. I would recomend this hotel and book it again should I return to Istanbul.

Room No 101 is located next to the staircase on the first floor and facing the outside oneway street. The double glazing is of good quality and didnt allow for much sound to pass through. However, the staircase and noise from downstairs was heard in the morning which would not allow for a late wake up. This didnt bother me although, as I was an ealry riser. The room is ideal for one occupancy and nice and cosy.

I will try to come again to spend relaxing time in suktan ahmed area

Location : it is near to two metro stations each is 3 minutes walk and many taxis pass infront of the hotel as it is in main road of very busy old area of Istanbul. Each day you taste special rurkish diahes in breakfast especially the dessetrs . I enjoy having my breakfast daily listening to old music from 80s . It was great idea . I enjoy the coffee in breakfast and in my room as they provide filter coffee machins in each room . Quit rooms no noise . Smilling staff those will help you all times to take whatever you are carring to your rooms with smile . Small gymnasium that was good for me . Fast check in and check out great thanks to house keeper sonrya , bell man mushsen and murate in front disk . Good smell in all over hotel areas . Enjoy the painting of dosso dossi painter in the wall . Aircondtioners were pertect . It was my 7th time to stay in the hotel and they are improving greatly keeping the same standard before many years. The staf will help you to solve any probelm . Private transport to airport with mini van with affordable good price

Comfortable & easy access to Hague sofia

It is very clean, staff is very helpful at the front desk specially Otogar and a lady whose name I forget. walking distance to all the old city tourist sites and restaurants and public transport. would recommend to anyone who asks.

Breakfast is limited and breakfast and the most of the food dishes are not labeled so difficult to tell what is there

old hotel, it definitely does not live up to its rating here

the sauna was good, the location was great

the room was extremely small and I had to ask to move to another one. it was noisy, the fire alarm went off a couple of times in the middle of the night. the breakfast was bad: good choice but poor quality, the waiters were going with chemical solution spraying it on the tables — it smelled bad. the coffee was bad.
