Nestled in New Seabury, this attractive house for $906 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. A stunning, sunlit 3+ beds/4 baths home with an open floor plan, cathedral ceiling and skylights. This beautiful contemporary Cape with over 2,200 sq feet of living space provides plenty of room for large family gathering and entertaining friends! We recently purchased this home and it has been newly updated and furnished with brand new furniture, beds, mattresses, and much more. This property is centrally located at the beginning of New Seabury, one of Cape Cod's most desired resort communities with many beautiful beaches nearby and just a short boat trip away to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Our property is between 1-3 miles away from the beautiful Popponesset Spit beach, the South Cape Beach and State Park and the Town of Mashpee beach. The house is situated on a quiet, residential neighborhood. We are right across the street from Ann's Cove which is part of the Ockway Bay. We provide 5 bikes for guest to use. Take a quiet morning walk or bike ride around the neighborhood and enjoy the spectacular views of Ockway Bay and scenic views of Summersea Village. The charming Popponesset Marketplace which is within the resort is also just a little over a mile away. The marketplace is a very popular hang-out for families where you will find restaurants, pizzeria, patisserie, ice cream parlor, bike rentals, gift shops, miniature golf and live entertainments (during the summer months). For those who enjoys shopping, the Mashpee Commons is just 3 miles away. The Common is an area with many upscale stores, restaurants, gift shops, cinema, and grocery stores. House snapshot: This bright and spacious home has an open floor plan that encompasses the dining and living rooms with cathedral ceiling and skylights, a 2-story fireplace, hardwood floors, and multiple sliding doors opening onto a large deck and patio. An inviting outdoor gathering place for the whole family to relax and enjoy a BBQ after a fun day at the beach. We have a fully equipped kitchen (Refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, over the range microwave, coffee maker, dishes, dinnerware, toaster, all cookware and lobster pots). 1st Floor - the master bedroom with 1 queen bed is on the first floor and includes an ensuite bath, with soaking tub and separate shower. The master bedroom also has slider door that opens to the deck. - In addition to an open family room with fireplace, we also have a large den on the 1st floor with 50” Smart LED TV. - there is also a half-bath on the 1st floor. - Central A/C or Heat throughout. 2nd Floor - there are two more bedrooms and a full bath with tub on the second floor. Each bedroom has a queen bed and 2 twin beds. A great set up for family with young children. Finished basement/playroom - the finished basement has two living areas, playroom and a 4th bedroom. The large playroom has a 50” Smart TV, pool and foosball tables many games. A great hang out and game room for the whole family! - the finished basement has central A/C and heat for the Winter. - a 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds. - another half-bath - laundry room with washer and dryer Others - the house also features an outdoor shower with hot and cold water - we provide linens, bedding, bath and beach towels - outdoor deck/patio with stainless steel gas 3 burner grill and ample seating for everybody! - parking: up to four (4) vehicles. - free High-Speed Wireless Internet with complimentary Internet TV - self check-in with personal pass code - check-in any time after 4:00 pm on your arrival day and check-out any time prior to 11 am on your departure day. - Sorry no smoking, no pets. We enjoyed a week in Nee Seabury. House was very nice - big open space downstairs, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, finished basement with pool and foosball tables. One mile bike ride to nice sandy beach. Nice dinner at Popponesset Inn. Highly recommend

The property was very neat. It was easy to get to by way of CT, PA & OH. Although the weather could have been much better -- we managed to have a good time. We ran out of propane on Thurs. eve. so we spent more more on dinner for 11 people. We were disappointed with the location of the beach. We are use to parking across from a beach so we have easy access, whether it is private or public. My husband has Parkinson so it was out of the question that he go to any of the beaches. Not sure when we will be back with the whole family. Perhaps it will be when our youngest grandson graduates from high school. Thanks a lot for the use of your home.

This place was the perfect location for several families to stay together during a wedding at the Popponesset Inn. The proximity to the venue was very convenient and there was ample space for 4 couples to sleep. The house was clean, check-in was easy and Kara was very responsive. The living room and back porch were lovely places for all to gather, and we had everything we needed. We had a great weekend!

This property was perfect for our family of 10, everyone had their own space and accommodations were perfect. Sheets and towels included was a lifesaver. Owners were so helpful, we were nervous of hurricane and they got flashlights , so thoughtful. We cannot say enough about the property!

we had a wonderful family vacation. There were a few issues with the A/C but they were quickly fixed. We loved the fact that the house had a finished basement for the kids and a separate den from the living room. A beautiful deck and yard for outdoor fun. Easy access to South Cape Beach but we were unable to access the Spit due to restrictions.

The location is wonderful: easy to find, quiet, with ample parking and extraordinary bird-watching from the rear deck. The space and layout of the house was comfortable for everyone.
Everything we could possibly need in the kitchen was supplied. There were plenty of towels--both bath and beach--hairdryers, iron, bicycles, a fire pit and a brand new monster of a grill with a side burner and smoker.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars in every category is that the basement sleeping space isn't quite the bedroom in the photos. It's dark and damp unless you run the dehumidifier
non-stop.
But that small quibble leads me to a ten-star compliment for:
THE BEDS!
Every bed in the house has a new gel mattress. They are heaven: my arthritic shoulder wants me to buy one for home.

Great family retreat
We stayed with our 3 children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren ages 3,2,1 and 2 mos. the house was perfect for us. Plenty of room. Plenty of amenities and the area provided plenty to do. All in all pretty close to perfect.

Girls Getaway!
My friends and I came here for a girls weekend during the height of COVID restrictions. The house was spotless, had plenty of extra towels for the beach for us to use (even though we brought our own) and a full beautiful kitchen. We cooked all our meals in the house and spent the mornings sipping our coffee out on the deck. The walk to the beach was short and it’s a private resident beach so not many people were there as you can only bike or walk there (there is NO car parking or pick up/drop off). Kara was quick to respond when I had questions about the property. 10/10 recommendation and we already plan on booking again for next year!!

Great House!
Loved this house and the location. Kara was amazing to work with and was extremely responsive. The proximity to the beach was awesome and the bikes in the garage were key. Would definitely recommend this house for large families (extremely spacious and comfortable). Thanks again Kara!

Great home and location for Popponesset wedding!
This home was just what we were looking for! Open floor plan for entertaining family and friends as well as large outdoor living space to enjoy! Bedrooms spacious! The home was very clean and we appreciated the owner providing bikes, grill, fire pit etc!
Communication with owner was easy and response time to questions was prompt!

Girls Weekend Away
This house was perfect for our annual girls weekend away. Everyone just loved it. First impression was how clean it was. It looked just liked the photos. Because of Hurricane Dorian we were forced to stay inside instead of being able to enjoy the great spacious deck, but the living room and kitchen was large enough that 10 of us never felt cramped. The kitchen was fully stock with every type of pan or serving platter needed. Beds were very comfortable. The area was great. Shopped at the Market Place and Mashpee Commons. Also the Popponesset Inn was a great place for an appetizer and drink. I can’t say enough about Kara the owner . She was awesome. She was very timely on answering any questions we had. I would, (actually all 10 of us would) highly recommend this home for your vacation in New Seabury. Thank you again Kara!

The house is large, clean and includes pamphlets and directions to the attractions in the area.
We had everything we needed and more for an enjoyable visit. The house was clean, well stocked and had lots of extras. We enjoyed the games and books that are for all age groups( there is something for everyone) our seven year old grandson cried when we left because he loved it there and didn't want to leave. He even left a thank you note thanking the owners for allowing us to stay. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

Perfect Vacation House
The pics don't fully convey how much space you get. Everything is very well kept, and so clean. Felt completely comfortable right away.
Basement is perfect hangout spot. Would recommend house again.

Great house for kids and adults!
This house was perfect for our family get together! We had 3 teenagers and 4 adults and had more than enough room for sleeping and hanging out. We picked this place mainly for the playroom in the basement and did not regret it! It rained the first day we were there and the basement was perfect for everyone to stay occupied and off their phones.
We headed to the small beach the next day which is a mile walk from the house and enjoyed swimming - the water is really warm! (There aren’t sidewalks on this walk, so if you have smaller kids you may want to scout it out first to make sure you feel safe)
The bedrooms were quiet (and have air conditioners!) and the beds were comfy. The extra beds in the basement aren’t the ideal place to sleep, if you close the door to that room it gets pretty warm, but work in a pinch.
The kitchen had everything we needed and the grill outside is easy to use.
We would definitely come back to this house, it’s spacious and very relaxing!

Outstanding!
The house and property were perfect for my family (7 adults, 3 kids)! They had a great time there, and everything was exactly how it looks in the pictures. My family kept saying how great the house was (and how much better it was compared to other properties in the area). Perfect location for our wedding at the Popponesset Inn.
Also, the owner was beyond fantastic with communication. She got back to us very quickly, was easy to check-in/check-out! She was super nice too.
Highly recommend this place! Will definitely stay here next time we’re on the cape.

Great week in Mashpee!
Thank you Kara for a wonderful week at your home. The house was perfect for our small educational seminar - the sleeping spaces were comfortable and clean and there was plenty of room for large group instruction in the family room and in the basement area. Hope to return again next summer!

Amazing Getaway!
We loved our stay!! The house is big, spacious, and clean. We definitely appreciated the fully-stocked kitchen, too. But the best part of the house, in my opinion, is the back porch but the game room in the basement was also cool. The beach is just a mile away and it is also very close to the local attractions - 5 minutes from the Popponesset Marketplace for good food, shopping, and even night life, and just 7 minutes to get to the Mashpee Commons. I would definitely stay here again!

This house was amazing
We stayed at this property for our Son's wedding at the near by Popponesset Inn, the facilities were wonderful and the house was so comfortable and well equipped.The games room and the spacious deck area were well used! I messaged Kara a few times and she came back with a reply very quickly. We could not fault this house and would most definitely use it again if the chance came along.
