About this apartment rental
The beautiful condo is situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal waterway in Saint Augustine. Easy beach access. Very private and rarely crowded. Watch the dolphins play offshore or hang out poolside with the kids before wandering the cobblestone streets of the Old City, taking in the historic atmosphere of downtown and all it has to offer. There is plenty of space to stretch out and relax your cares away! The condo went under new ownership and is now showcasing: a brand new kitchen with granite counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances; new queen and twin beds with new mattresses and bedding in the guest room, new mattress topper and bedding for master suite, large 55” wall mounted TV in great room with Blue Ray, new TVs for both bedrooms and fresh paint throughout. We also furnish a telescope and binoculars for whale or dolphin watching. Cable TV, Wi-Fi and multiple USB ports for charging your devices are included as well. Take a short drive south, and you are treated to a day at Marineland, or if you are here for the summer months, treat the kids to a week of Marineland Summer Camp that is highlighted by a day spent swimming with their dolphins! Further South is Washington Oaks State Park, Flagler Beach and Daytona! North of the condo is The Old City, The famous Saint Augustine Lighthouse, and The Alligator Farm! Windjammer offers covered parking for one vehicle per unit, a heated pool, private beach walkover, a fishing pier on the Intercoastal side of A1A, and spectacular sunrise AND sunset views. The condo was great and is located about 15 minutes south of St. Augustine. The condo was clean and in good condition with a well stocked kitchen, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and high-end furniture on the balcony that was nice to sit on. Swimming pool was very nice but is not heated. The beach was very level and is great for walking.

Beautiful view of the ocean, very attractive condo. One small problem was that the description said there was a DVD player. There was one there, not hooked up. I mentioned it to the property manager and he said he would take care of it, but didn’t.

Condo was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, bedding towels more than enough, view was excellent the only issue with the unit was the heating/air conditioner, which was repaired quickly, cons: the area is lacking in restaurant facilities, there are lunch or snack shops but u must travel to get a dinner meal, St. Augustine is close but not convenient to travel every day

413 was beautiful and so comfortable. There was everything you would ever need as well as extra blankets, sheets and towels. The balcony was so nice and on the water. I had breakfast with dolphins going by.

Overall we really enjoyed the condo. Was clean and kept very nice. The views from that condo are amazing. The only issue we had out there is we liked to fish and we used the dock multiple times and it seemed like there was never a person on duty who monitored things because homeless people were sleeping on the dock benches during the mornings when we went down to visit. The would pry the door open apparently but we never seen any security or someone in the office in the garage. The issue with the homeless people were they seemed pissed when we would get there because there would be grumbling and cussing from under their breath and it was an uneasy situation but they would pack up and leave.

Fantastic property and beautiful area (Crescent Beach , FL). If you are looking for peace, quiet, low stress, beautiful beach, and friendly folks, this is it! Property manager/rental company was very professional and easy to work with. Our party was three life-long high school friends (60+plus females) who enjoy traveling to a beach at least once a year. Our trip was unfortunately cut short by Hurricane Ian. We throughly enjoyed 3.5 beautiful days before Mandatory Evacuation Order issued. The property manager Derrick, was very helpful in communicating with us prior to evacuation. I have never given a property a “5” evaluation till now. So looking forward to a return. God Bless the people of Florida and other areas effected by Ian.

We had a fantastic stay at the Windjammer! The unit was clean and well stocked with all the little things you need for cooking and serving. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were of good size and pleasant. The location was excellent and the parking was superb. The owners of this unit have really thought out all the needs of a traveling guest. We would want to come back to this unit again and again! If we go back to the Windjammer we will want this unit!

Awesome view! Fantastic breeze.
Location was excellent. The beach was not busy. Perfect spot for a week's getaway. The manager was responsive to issues. We would book with him again. The only downfall: the pool needs to be heated. No one was using it.

Everything was as described including the great location. The unit was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The mattress in the master could used to be replaced and was not real comfortable but it was manageable. We would definitely stay here again!

Very satisfied! We absolutely loved our stay! The place was very clean and well taken care of, the view is absolutely perfect! Our five year old is immobile and in a wheelchair so I was very thankful for working elevators! This was my biggest concern but had absolutely no issues! Kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and had everything we needed! If you’re disabled or have one that is just know you’ll go down a few steps, off the dock, to get to the beach. Even though that was tough it’s much better than several other docks we saw that had way more steps!! The only thing that needs done would be the cushions on the furniture outside need cleaned or even sprayed down with Febreeze. We’d 100% stay here again!

Condo was excellent- clean spacious quiet well stocked and you could not beat the ocean front views off the balcony. The flying by of the pelicans was an extra bonus. Already planning a return visit in the fall

Beachfront Beach
This is our 5th visit to our favourite crescent beach area and the Windjammer Condo has become our best stay yet!
Condo was excellent- clean spacious quiet well stocked and you could not beat the ocean front views off the balcony. The flying by of the pelicans was an extra bonus. Already planning a return visit in the fall

Crescent Beach
Nicely furnished condo and very clean. King bed was not very comfortable and had to go out and buy bed pillows. Great location and beautiful beach that was very private.

Condo was clean and adequate for 4. Bedding, furniture and condo in general were clean. Toaster needs to be replaced immediately. Location is in a quiet area directly on the ocean with a few eateries nearby, but most eateries, pharmacies,etc. available within a 20-30 minute drive. Check-in was easy even though we had to go to the property management office to receive the door code. Had issues with the elevator being inoperable for 4 days out of 7 ( this was a 4th floor condo), but fortunately was operable for check-in and check-out thanks to the property manager and building maintenance efforts. Thank you. Power was lost for a few hours early in our stay, but was fixed quickly. The property manager, Derrick, was very helpful and quick to respond to any of our needs during our stay. Property manager/owner provided a partial refund for the inconvenience of not having elevator service and fully functional AC ( which we did not report until the last day of our stay when the humidity was stifling-so that was on us). Overall we we would return to this property!

Right on the beach, very nice, clean, and well equipped condo. Easy parking underneath the unit near the elevator. 3 large TVs worked out great for us. Good internet (but network ID and password had typos in the data sheet provided). Nice stay.

Just As Advertised!
Very clean, well decorated condo with amazing views of the beach from the top floor! My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed it! We’ll definitely be back next year!

Our vacation was great the property was as described the layout with 2 bedrooms and 3 baths worked out wonderful but the view from the balcony was breath taking of the ocean and the sunsets. Pool was clean and beach was too. Would go back again

We used SAVR for the first time, I was impressed with the quick, friendly & fast response I always got from Derrick, the condo was very clean & the view & the large balcony was the best,the only issue was that they advertise that the pool is heated & it was not, other than that few things could be improved, coffee make, toaster & MB mattress is not very comfortable, overall very nice experience.
