Beware of this Tel Aviv Nightmare - Irresponsible Host and Unlivable Conditions! As a frequent traveler, I have encountered various accommodations, but my recent stay in Tel Aviv has been the most horrendous experience ever, all due to the negligence and indifference of the house owner. The photos and descriptions on the booking website were entirely misleading. The reality was a basement apartment with ancient, crumbling furniture, rust-covered appliances, and a non-existent seashore view. The apartment was not cleaned prior to my arrival, there was no place to throw out the trash, and there were insufficient towels provided. The most appalling part of this stay was the presence of cockroaches. This is completely unacceptable and a clear sign of the host's lack of care for their guests' well-being. When I addressed my concerns with the host, they defended the abysmal conditions and showed no genuine concern for my grievances. It's worth noting that there are other apartments in the area with the same price point, which do not have any of these problems. The responsibility for this disaster lies squarely on the shoulders of the house owner, who has failed to provide a decent and clean environment for their guests. I strongly advise all potential guests to stay away from this nightmare of an apartment in Tel Aviv. The host's blatant disregard for guest satisfaction and the unlivable conditions in the apartment are absolutely unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and book a different place with a responsible and caring host!

the facilities look quite old, they are ok, but you don't need to expect anything luxury. At ab. 8 pm the ventilation or something like this starts to work, so there was quite a loud sound (like a strong wind) every day at the same time

Narrow and awkward entrance. The ad does not state that it is a basement. the sink is inconvenient, the shower head is inconvenient. The sliding door does not lock.

Constructive criticism, please take no offense. The pdf instructions are nice, but they could be remade in format accessable via booking.com chat, and the shower heat and water flow are as hard to control as docking the runaway space station in interstellar...

The position, the fact that it had a nice terrace, with armchairs and a lemon tree. Friendly staff.

The fact that there is no real separation between the rooms, and the second one is pretty dark, and also no window at the bathroom, but that did not count so much. That is why it's 9 and not 10. Otherwise, a nice place to stay, close to the beach.

The apartment is a bit “underground”. Shouldn’t be an issue if you are spending the day outside anyways. No blackout curtains.

The location is unbeatable, just a 50 meters walk to the beach, and 10 minutes to the Carmel market. Lior was extremely friendly. Kitchen was very well equipped. We stayed there with our 3 grandkids who enjoyed the apartment very much.

Lior was an amazing host and had everything ready for us after really short notice. The apartment is in great shape and in a perfect location, 20 second walk from the beach. Will definitely be coming back!

The host is very helpful, the apartment is clean and well equipped, full kitchen with lot of stuff (stove, large fridge, microwave, stainless sink, blender, lot of counter space), comfortable beds, dining table for four guests. One block from Tel Aviv beach. Fast WiFi with strong signal. The apartment is below the ground level, but one side of it is a glass wall overlooking the patio, so there is lot of light

The building looks old and beaten - not the host failure, just be aware; Hotel occupies the ground floor, do not expect views from windows.
