Nice location

Located right in Vernazza. Good choice if visiting all Cinque Terre.

Nice location in Vernazza. Close to the beach and the train station. Big room and clean even if it’s not very modern. Easy check out, could just leave the key in the room.

We visited in July and since there is no air condition it was very hot. It was equipped with fans but it was still some sweaty nights. Like most buildings in Cinque Terre there are some steep stairs to climb to get to the room!

Exceptional

Super comfy bed, warm room, excellent location (like maybe 150 metres from the train station?), big soft towels, super nice staff - i felt so welcome! Also Taverna del Capitano restaurant has AMAZING pansoti with walnut sauce.

No breakfast included.

we had a wonderful stay in vernazza

the location was perfect, on the main street, near the harbor, the restaurants and all the shops. The staff was very helpful.

the stairs were long but to be expected in Vernazza.

Too many stairs for me

The bed was the most comfortable I've had on my vacation.

Lots of noise from the street below, and there are so many stairs, dang! My poor Ole knees were not happy going up and down those stairs with luggage. The value to cost ratio just want there for me, but the staff were great.

Vernaza is a cool town and the hiking is great. It gets very crowded from tours

Location was great and the room was large

The stairs to the room (50 stairs) were very steep and difficult. There is no elevator - moving three large bags in and out was not easy.

this was our favorite place, we got much needed rest and had a great meal!

comfortable bed, great location, friendly staff

be prepared to climb a lot of stairs. Not a big deal though. pack light or be prepared to carry it up 5 flights.

location was good nice and central , large bed , private washroom , fan was good

for me the stairs were manageable, fairly fit and my suitcase is as a back pack . for others walking stairs may be a challenge

the location was okay

the location Is not the one that they give you, is one block before and is not in front of the beach. the bathroom was too small and it was too hot inside and they only give you a fan. the wifi never works

It was colse to everything, the room was comfortable and clean.

it wasn’t said that there were a lot of stairs, for us it wasn’t a problem, but for someone could be.

We were here for 1 night and booked late.

The location was central to the village, which is what we wanted, with easy access to the beach, bars and restaurants. The room was clean

The room was described as deluxe, but in honesty it was quite basic. There were a lot of stairs up to the room (>50). The en suite bathroom had it's own flight of stairs which was a bit disconcerting at night time in the dark.

Super small town feel.

The location to beach, hiking, train. A small town feel.

No air conditioning, would have been good to know how many steps up with our Luggage. Managers helper was nice to get us a fan as super humidity and higher temperatures. No English subtitles on the stations.

The room was big, in the middle of the city, close to everything.

The room was a bit noisy and the stairs to get to the room are quite steep. To avoid if mobility issues.

Apart from the lack of WiFi and sixty steps it was great!

The room was clean and nice with a super comfy bed.

Was surprised and dismayed that the room was actually around the corner from the pictured address. Most distressing were the sixty stairs to get to the room. I thought I might have a stroke. It should also be noted there is no WiFi in the room. The bathroom was recently remodeled and was super cute but it was impossible to actually wash your face because of the faucet/sink design.

We didn't get the room that we paid for. We booked deluxe double with TV and extra bed but didn't get any of these things. The room was not 'deluxe', no TV or extra bed. VERY strong tabacco smell in the room and the bed and the towels, disgusting.

Lovely room, newly renovated bathroom. Great location.

Little or no interaction with owners. We went for dinner in their restaurant and they didn't even recognise us. It would have been nice to have a little interaction just to feel a bit more welcome.

Passable

The people were super friendly and amazing. Apparently, the hotel was closed during the day we booked and the app didnt show us that and we already paid and confirmed the room. Gladly, the people there were super friendly and knew the owner of the hotel and they called him and gave us a room. Otherwise, we would have no place to stay in!

Prepare for stairs and more stairs to get to your room. No customer service. Its a room not hotel.

Decent room with comfortable bed and toilet.

The room was on 4th floor with no lift. No breakfast. No Customer service / staff to help on anything other than check-in. Difficult to communicate in English. Toilet exhaust is towards bedroom.

Great base for hiking in Cinqueterre

Very nice room, centrally located in the village. Nice street view from the windows.
