perfect location!

The location of the apartment is awesome! You can not live more central, it is literally 20 seconds till the beach. You also have plenty of really good and cheap restaurants around. I would not say that it was very loud, but I also stayed during the winter when there was lockdown at night, so I never had troubles sleeping. The terrace is huge (approx. 20qm) and there are two entrances to the flat, one from the main entrance at the living room and an other one from the terrace. This is a great thing because you have two keys to the apartment. If you are a kiter or windsurfer the flat is amazing because you can always enter directly from the terrace and leave the equipment there, without walking through the flat. There is also an outside water access to clean the equipment. There is also plenty of storage room in the sleeping room and in the kids room. The WLAN connection was really good and you can connect the TV with HDMI.

The flat did not seem very clean, but it is also a sandy area, so it might be hard keep it clean from all the sand. The blankets did not have any extra sheet so I was afraid that they do not really get changed. The door and window from the living room show directly to the Main Street and since the apartment is on the ground floor you should keep the curtains closed at all time to keep some privacy. The flat is quite dark and there is no direct sunlight. The sleeping rooms and bathroom do not have any windows. There are no real doors in the apartment, only sliding doors that do not really close, so in case you come with a family or more people than a couple this could be a bit problematic. This also means that you can never really go to the bathroom in silence... there is only a little table in the terrace, but I think it is too small to eat there with more than two people. In general I would still say that it is a great flat and it was worth the price! But mostly if you travel in a group you should be aware of some things.

It is in a very good location, close to the main beach in medano and all the restaurants and shops...

There is no much light, noisy during the night, not ideal if you have little child, in my case we had to spend only one night.
