Gulvet har aldrig været væsket, ejeren ringet til mig hele tiden og forstyrret min ferie med spørgsmål.

Location was perfect, the room is big and spacious. Has a separate big bathroom.
Well not very good wifi signal,you need to try to catch it.
The shared kitchen wasn’t very clean, there was kind of sticky everywhere:)

the location is excellent, near the city center and the supermarket which is just a walking 5-10 mins. The room is including a private bathroom, it is better for me.
The house is close to the street and has two restaurants downstairs which is a little bit noisy at night. If a table is given inside the room which is perfect.

Easy to comunicate with the hosts, great location, walking distance from all central places of interest!
The place is not very detail oriented. The lamps on the bedside tables were broken and when plugged in didn't work. The bed was not comfortable, neither was the pillow, both mattress and pillow were probably very old.

The view from the balcony was amazing. You can see Teatro Bellini. Hera and Ivan are so friendly. Hera was very kind. She gave us a recommendation for a really good restaurant.
The pillows were big and uncomfortable, it might be a good idea to have a few different size pillows in the wardrobe.

We arrived very late due to plane delays and Hera, the property manager, went above and beyond the call of duty to be on hand with the keys when we arrived at around 1am. She was also very responsive to texts and WhatsApp messages at the time and throughout our stay (she was also helpful in recommending places to visit in & around Catania). Through Mandalarose we had also previously arranged a taxi transfer from the airport, which was fortunate given our late arrival, and he was also very helpful in staying in touch by phone, being immediately on hand when we arrived and taking us straight to the door of the accommodation - a big shout out to Federico!

apartment was clean. staff was very nice
the street was extremely noisy and loud until 4 in the morning. apartment is located on the top floor with no elevator. not an issue for me but might be for those with kids or elderly people . you can also hear everything from the other room (tv+chat)-quite disturbing

it could be cleaner, the wifi was not connecting and it looked like the renovation was not finished.

There was too much noise in the apartment. The sounds were coming from a bar nearby .

The place is near everwhere and the host of the apartment is very helpfull and kind person. The aparmet has a large bath and enough public use kitchen.
The photos related about apaertment is not clearly represent the place. The place has just one room and one french bed and one sofa.

It's too much steps to go in the room with the luggages.

Very nice spacious room with high ceilings and great location in the city centre.
Everything was very clean. The host was kind.
The street is very busy all night and very noisy, I couldn't sleep with the noise until dawn. Even with earplugs I couldn't rest.
The mattress is a bit eneven.

The owner was great, picked us up from the airport and took care of everything. The location was great, we were minutes away from every attraction. It was clean and the wifi worked well.

The location is amazing just 5 minutes from via etna!the room was comfortable and the apartment was equipped with anything you might need. The owner was really nice and friendly.

Extremely loud!
Right under our window there was a pub with live music, they played every day till 3 am.
Even if it was a golden palace staying there would be just a nightmare, we just couldn't sleep for few days.
Beside that shower drain was clogged, bathroom door was broken, we couldn't close it fully

We were given a lift from the airport for a reasonable price which saved us a lot of worries as our flight was late. But the flat has a wonderful location so it was easy to make our way around=
The flat is situated in a historic building and the first impression is as if you have stepped into a film and all the little details add to that feeling. Not to mention the view from the balcony which is beyond description. We utterly enjoyed our stay there.
The communication with the hosts was smooth and Hera and Ivan are very helpful.

Location
Room was smelly, due to very bad smell coming out of the bathroom and it was really unbearable. Bathroom was also dirty.
No balcony, even though the description says it is.
Some insects in the room.
The hosts did not answer on any of my messages through booking platform and we had to call them. If you’re heading to the airport the next day in the morning, do not choose this venue.

In offer was information about balcony - for me, big window with laundry rope is not the same what balcony...
In bathroom is problem with ventilation = there is problems with bad smell.
The door to room hardly closes.

All in all it was really good and the price is super fair!
The place is great but people who like it silent or just not loud at night are probably not going to sleep well. (or at all ;D)
