No spa facilities AVAILABLE for our SPA BREAK!!!

The location and hotel itself had everything been open or working would have been great.. BUT THIS WAS NOT THE CASE!!!

We booked a 2 night SPA BREAK!!! TO FIND NO SPA FACILITIES WERE WORKING OR OPEN!!! THIS WAS NOT STARTED ON YIUR WEBSITE. WE COULD HAVE STAYED SOMEWHERE MUCH CHEAPER WITHOUT FACILITIES!!! SO VERY DISAPPOINTING AND WILL BE REQUSTING A PARTIAL REFUND .

Good fun

Great facilities, nice staff. Beautiful pools and fun activities. Aqua Park was class. Only issue was apartment was small for 4 and our apartment's balcony was onto a busy noisy road which disturbed us a lot. We asked to move but they couldn't accommodate us.

large pools - kids swimming pool was really good

pools were freezing. self catering room was very expensive for what it was - broken cupboards, ants in the bathroom, smell and right near the bins which were emptied at midnight each night indoor pool advertised but required a swim hat for everyone

Gets kind of rowdy late at night due to big groups of younger adult/sporters

Noise from hotel facilities and staff. Bins being dragged at 6.00 in the morning, why would you wind up your guests. No anti slam on doors and wardrobe doors. Room was tired and long overdue a make over.

Facilities were good, lots of options. The cleaning staff were very helpful, quick and friendly. Several problems gaining access to our room but reception were also friendly, however the issue wasn't resolved our entire stay. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. The decor could do with a little update.

The local area is very rundown. We only used it as a base as we had plans in the surrounding areas. Not sure I would use it as a holiday destination.

Hotel in good location, rooms were comfortable with great kitchen an bathroom. Hotel bar was reasonably priced and staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Our rooms were located near the front of hotel above where deliveries were being made in the morning. Try to get at the back of the hotel. Only one night so not a big issue.

There wasn't a lot to do in Albir but there were very beautiful views of the mountains

The apartment was very dated dark and dingy..cracked floor tiles. No microwave in kitchen had to ask for one.. Stayed 3 nights and had to use same towels to bathe which where not big enough in the first place and had old marks on them( even though laundered) as asked at, reception and none arrived.

Good and bad.

Very spacious. Plenty of sunbeds. Decent buffet food.

Very bad lighting on walkways at night. Dangerous to gain access to accommodation. Second week room cleaning/make up a bit space.

Mediocre. Seen better for the same money. Wouldnt go back

The Water slides were great and that whole pool area was lovely. The air con in the rooms were great. Everything was very clean and the staff were very nice.

The food was awful. Very little variety. All the same for all 3 meals with some minor changes but not much difference. Mostly bland and mass produced. The rooms were not big enough for a family of 4. Bedroom was dark and cramped, Living room pull out couch was very uncomfortable and the fridge barely worked despite 2 reqyestes that it was checked.

The rooms were very old and dated I asked to move rooms on the first day as there were ants walking over skirting boards ect but the second room was ant free thankfully

Amazing water park. Rooms need updating.

Water park is amazing, great choice for breakfast, good amenities, bars and lots of sun loungers and pools. Entertainment team good.

The room was a 2 star at best. It reminded me of something you’d stay at at club eighteen 30, old and mismatched. Shame as everything else was great.

Great hotel, we'll be back!

Pools are excellent. Gym is very good. Very clean facilities. Reception staff very helpful. Luggage room is helpful while checking in and out. 95% of the guests were Spanish which was great, but we went before the British school children had broken up.

Beds are very hard. Could have done with more information about entertainment and facilities. Small waterpark had good facilities and slides but looked a bit tired.

reception staff was really friendly, swift and helpful!

Room size and quality was far below expectations compared to price and Booking.com pics do not match reality. No minimum ‘start kit’ for kitchen (sponge, dish towel, liquid etc) Mal functioning air condition (couldn’t cool both rooms) almost non existing wi-fi (0.0 Wi-Fi valley!). Insufficient space for keeping stuff around. Bad light in living room and in general showing years of tear and wear.

the water park was excellent lots of entertainment breakfast ok.

rooms and bed linen need updating. not everything in room as required. breakfast a bit chaotic

Good

Slides where great and reception staff where very helpful with great English. Beds new but cheap matress my back was in bits.. could use a sweeping brush or pan in d room and more bin bags. All in all i would happily go back. Only down side was no shelter in the out door restaurant, so we went out for food.

its a bit dated in the apparent and they didn’t bring any clean towels so we had to ask at reception
