The places to be to explore the zion river for all the nature lovers, The food are amazing all from the garden :) , jem is welcoming and available.

Beautiful rivers flow around a large and green luxuriant strecht of flatland. Everyday you can go to another pool to bathe or even swim. Hiden waterfalls only known by the people living there. But Jem has drawn a map and sends it to us. Staff people are very kind. The owner Jem, is very attentive to everybody's well being. He is also a great cook.Thank you. There is something special with that place because it attracts many interesting travellers.

Gorgeous place surrounded with nature. For the nature and animal lovers, this is a paradise and Gem (the owner) will make you feel as if you were home. Don't hesitate too much this little piece of heaven is a must see in the Dominican Island.

I thought Jem and Nicole who run the lodge were fantastic. They really looked after me and my partner with great advice, cooking and support. They went out of their way to help and it was much appreciated. The resort itself is so beautiful with lots of things growing naturally, the rivers and a very green environment.

It is in quite an isolated area. You zip line in and out and on foot it’s close to 2 hours to the nearest place of any note! Not a criticism at all as it’s a place intended for tranquility, nature and relaxation.

This location is beautiful, the quietiest and most peaceful I have found on the island with beautiful spots to swim. Gem the owner is very friendly and accommodating

Great location. Zip-lining in was fun--if you are the adventurous type! Our 2-bed tent up on the hill was huge and wonderful. Swam (topless--!!) in delightful river pool in lush surroundings. Staff members Jem and Pearl very responsive and warm.

Ran generator WAY too much for an "ecolodge." Get a bigger storage system for the solar charge, please.
