Located on beach block (E. 9th Street), you are in the center of everything with only a minute walk to the beach/boardwalk and centrally located to all that OC has to offer. We are right across the street from Augie’s Omelette, Waffle House and Grill. With parking at a premium at this ideal location, we offer 3 off-street parking spaces (you can fit 2 in the garage and 1 in the driveway). Once you arrive, you can conveniently park and enjoy all of the benefits that Ocean City has to offer without driving anywhere. You don't even have to cross a street to get to the boardwalk/beach! Includes Private Elevator! This is a one-of-kind property occupying the top 2 levels with 3 fully furnished oversized balconies (one off the master suite with a bistro set and two chaise lounges, one off of the living room with extending dining options to eat outdoors and a swinging chair, and 1 large fully furnished deck on the 3rd level for family get togethers. We spared no expenses when furnishing this vacation house so that you and your family can have the best time possible without any worries. With a private entrance and elevator, the layout of this unit includes 5 bedrooms with 2 suites (one on each level), 4 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower for easy clean-up after the beach. We have state of the art technology throughout the unit with each of our bedrooms having a Samsung 4K LED Smart TV and alarm clock with a USB charging port for your phones. The open floor living room area has a 65" Samsung 4K Smart TV, 3 Bedrooms have a 55" Samsung 4K Smart TV, 1 has a 43" Samsung Smart TVs and the bunk bedroom has a 32" Samsung Smart TV. We also upgraded to Premium HD cable package with high-speed (blast) WIFI throughout the house (no dead spots as we use an ORBI whole house WIFI extension system). The spacious kitchen has state-of-the-art-stainless steel appliances with quartz counter tops and a breakfast bar area that has 4 stools. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking amenities and supplies that you will need. The dining room has a massive table that seats 10 people and the living room has 2 three-seat sofas (one w/pull out sleeper bed) and 2 comfortable accent chairs. The modern elegance of this beach home and it's unbeatable location (beach block in the heart of Ocean City) make this the perfect vacation getaway! To secure your vacation, we require a short-term rental agreement along with the first of two payments returned to us within seven days of receipt. We will email the rental agreement and you will review and sign. You will then return the signed agreement to us along with the first payment. The first payment includes 50% of the rental rate and the cleaning / linen service fee. The second and final payment is due 30 days prior to your check-in date and includes the remaining balance as well as a $500 refundable security deposit (returned after 7 business days of your checkout). To reserve your week, we will need the following information in order to email you the short-term rental agreement: - Name(s) you want on the rental agreement - Copy of individual's drivers license - Home address - Home and cell phone numbers - List of all occupants that will be staying at the beach house Please note that our vacation home is smoke-free, is not handicap accessible and we do not allow pets. The property was beautiful! The elevator was a big help for my disabled daughter and elderly mother. The house was equipped with everything you needed. The owner was very helpful and attentive.

Beach Block Home was absolutely perfect for my family get together. The location in Ocean City, made it easy for my Connecticut daughter and Maryland son to join us. From the moment we arrived from Florida, I knew all would be great. My husband is handicapped and has little use of his legs. The elevator made access to all the floors of the home, manageable for him. It also helped me. I did not have to carry suitcases and groceries up several flights of stairs. The number of bedrooms and baths was wonderful as it gave everyone space. I appreciated the televisions and the variety of channels. We did have a bit of rain and between the games and the programs on the TV, no one complained. The home was stocked with spices and pots and pans so cooking was a breeze.
My only concern is the bath tub. It probably needs re-caulking as there is some discoloration. It was important to have it as my grandchildren who are two and four needed to use it. An important asset and I was thankful it was there.
Your home made our Thanksgiving 2023 Reunion happen and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My friends and I had an awesome time staying at this beautiful house in Ocean City. There were 8 of us celebrating a 70th birthday. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the linen service. We didn’t do any cooking but it looked like everything was provided if you wanted to. The house was close to everything, a block to the beach and boardwalk and a few blocks to plenty of shopping. The elevator made checkin and checkout so much easier. The hosts were always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this property and the others owned by the hosts. We stayed at one of their other properties two years ago and it was equally beautiful.

We truly enjoyed our time at this property! Three families stayed there and we were very comfortable, the place was clean and nice. The owners were great communicators, and super responsive when we needed something. The location cannot be beat, we were so close to the beach/boardwalk, the restaurants, and the grocery store. It was a great experience overall.

Do not hesitate to book this property for your next vacation. I do too much research before deciding where to book a stay and this one did not disappoint. You cannot beat the location since it is a 1-2 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. The street the house is on is also right in the middle of the boardwalk so you dont have to walk far to get most places. It’s also a quick walk to Asbury Ave where all the shops and restaurants are. Although the street in front of the house is pretty busy, you would never know when youre inside of the house. It is very quiet. Bonus: the house is right across the street from an amazing breakfast place called Augie’s. The elevator that goes to every level is amazing for moving all of your luggage especially when you have little kids too. The rooms are spacious and there are a ton of bathrooms so showering after the beach is never an issue. This place has it all.

Our family of 10 spent a week at this house, and couldn’t be happier. The inside is adorable and clean, there are plenty of bathrooms, and 2 primary bedrooms. Our group had more than enough beds. It’s stocked with everything you need, including beach towels, tags, toys, and a cart to carry everything to the beach. Best part; practically everything was within walking distance! The owners have been wonderful, answering all of my questions quickly. They’re extremely accommodating! Last of all, having 3 parking spaces was a must for us. This is an A+ accommodation.

Enjoyed our now annual extended stay in OCNJ just before the summer when the water is still chilly and things are starting to open up for the busy season. Owners were very responsive and accommodating to our pre-arrival extra night addition and later check-out request.
This home had everything we needed to get away for a bit with entertainment options for all. Garage is a tight squeeze, but not a problem if you take your time. It is situated near beach parking lots so car and foot traffic can get noisy, but overall great location steps away from the boardwalk. Some of the balcony furniture is now different from pictured and bistro set is no longer there, but outside deck(s) still offer plenty of comfortable space to relax.
The home is well maintained with high quality décor and furnishings, so we were disappointed to find stains on the couch (likely from wet bathing suits) and in the low quality of linens and pillows provided. We also arrived to some necessary surface cleaning that was missed after their recent touch-up painting.
Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home for your family vacation!

My family and I took a trip to visit family and show our kids what we used to visit and do as children. The house was extremely close to the beach. The kids loved the beach, boardwalk, arcade, the pizzas, shopping, sunsets, that are all a walking distance from the home. The owners were always quick to respond with any questions. Everyone had a great time and my youngest kids words, the trip was amazing !

We had a wonderful time, and this was the perfect place to do so. We are a group of friends who first met over 50 years ago in Okinawa, Japan. We all lived there because the men were on active duty in the Air Force. We spent a minimum of 2 1/2 years there, far from family and friends. As a result, we all became close friends, so every couple of years, we get together somewhere to renew our friendships.
This year it was our turn to host. Our guests were from all over: California, Arizona, Texas, New York, and Tennessee. We had a wonderful time, and for most of them, this was their first trip to New Jersey and to Ocean City, and they loved it!
Kimberly and Steve's property was perfect, and everyone enjoyed it. So much space and so beautifully decorated, less than a block from the boardwalk and with everything we needed to enjoy a week at the shore.
This property was perfect for all those flying in, since they didn't have to worry about bringing a lot!!
Our family spent a week last year in another of Kimberly and Steve's properties which was next door to this rental, and it was just as nice. However, this year's has an elevator which was perfect for our older, but still active group.
Kimberly and Steve are the best, and they are never too busy to answer the phone or reply to a message. Everything is easy!

Pictures do not do this property justice. The attention the detail from the decorations to the linens and towels were wonderful. That said having towels and linens provided were perfect and so convenient. The owners were wonderful to deal with, the entire process from start to finish was great! Would rent from them again in a heartbeat!

We appreciated the fact that linens and towels were provided, the keyless entry was very convenient, and the elevator was so helpful in moving things around.

What a great experience. for a Christmas family reunion. Kim was a great communicator both before and during the stay. The house was perfect for our family reunion with plenty of space for our group of 12. The house was one of the nicest that we have stayed in and is in a great location to enjoy all that OC has to offer. The house had everything that you could think of or need and was beautifully remodeled. I would definitely consider this house for future family events.
