Short trip for me and my husband, stay was ok but would not stay there again until they do updates.

We liked the location of the property, walking distance to many things.

The furniture was disgusting. There were so many stains on the couch and chair, we had to cover them with blankets because I was not about to sit on them. Very gross.. that needs to be addressed asap. Also, the kitchen was not stocked well at all.

Very clean and cute but not comfortable for seniors due to soft furniture and short commode

Location was excellent

Couch and love seat were too soft to be comfortable for us. Commode was too short. Bed was tolerable but too soft for us. We did kill 4 bugs crawling on floor in living room

Location was ok.

Dirty, old, and needs to be remodeled. The toilet is the shortest that I've ever seen, except in a Day Care. Not at all worth the price we paid!!

Location is half block from the beach.

A/C only in the bedroom and there is no dining area. Ocean view ? Probably before the build a house in front of it and there's no lake view.

THE APT IS IN A NICE NEIGHBORHOOD WITH AN ESTABLISHED GROUP OF RESIDENTS, BUT ON THE LOW END OF LUXU

WHAT BREAKFAST!

NO WASHER OR DRYER ON SITE. I COULD SHOW YOU HOW TO PUT A STACKABLE WASHER DRYER IN THE CLOSET THAT THE HOT WATER HEATER IS IN AND PUT THE HOT WATER HEATER IN A CABINET UNER THE BATHROOM SINK. ALSO THE TOILET MUST BE MADE FOR PEOPLE UNDER THREE FEET HIGH, BECAUSE IT IS ONLY 14 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR AND VERY DIFFICULT TO SIT DOWN AND GET UP FROM. WHERE IN THE HECK DO YOU EVEN BUY A TOILET LIKE THAT?

Overall, good experience!

The location was good with easy walking distance and access to the beach. It was also very quiet on this end of the beach. The bed was comfortable. Small duplex but "cozy" enough for a couple trying to get away for the weekend.

The only complaint would be the air conditioner did not cool as good as it should which could be a problem in the summer if it's not fixed. We had to turn it down to 68 to keep it cool throughout the night. Its probably about 4 to 5 degrees off in temp. It cuts off too soon in eco mode. Also the TV has very few channels. But other than that, the stay was quiet and worth the money to us.

I rated it fair....and it was, close to the beach, one block away, near food and grocery.

Key pad with no key was super convient.

TV in main room didn't work, one of the remote controls didn't have batteries and the TV still didn't work after replacing the batteries and reconnecting all the cords. The cookware and glasses were dirty. Eggs left cooked on to a skillet put away in the cabinet. And soo gross, I drank a beer out of a glass that I didn't realize had a ring of milk around the inside middle of it and stuck in the bottom of the glass. There was palm tree detritus all over the deck, table and chairs it had not been swept in quite some time. And there really isn't an ocean or lake view from the property unless you count from the street where the cars are parked, we didn't spend much time out there. The furniture was worn and could be updated. For the price, $275 night, we expected better.

Loved this place cute house for the weekend. The location is awesome. We will definitely stay again.
