An experience to remember!

The host was super nice and helped us with everything we needed! The view from the property is breathtaking, you can relax and enjoy the sunset from your terrace! A perfect place to stay on Kea island, we ll definitely visit again!

The last meters of the road leading to the property are a bit rough, you need a high car to reach it easily but it is worth it!

Superb

We (group of 11) booked this property in urgent at 4am, at 8am we called the manager, she was ABROAD but did all what she could to help us: sending cleaners, helping with car renting... we were able to rent car and arrived at 10am! So again, thank you so much for your help, u saved our trip! -The road though look small but large enough for a midsize 4x4 to drive comfortably (we had a Dacia Duster), the road is not easy but doable, go slow and take large corners at the 180s. We are used to small mountainous roads so it was not a probs even with a bigger fullsized 4x4 but for in-experienced driver it's worth mentioning. -The property itself is beautiful, clean, well equipped, the beds are nice and comfy. (Don't forget to switch on the water heater!) you may experience water flow interruption time to time for the pump to operate (TETRAPOLIS KEOS should correct this). I def want to go back and highly recommend this property to other travelers. The manager is GREAT so I think the key to best your stay is to communicate with her and ask all your questions.

Exceptional

Amazing view, unique atmosphere, lovely swimming pool, impeccable host... last but not least TRUE architecture (not only high quality or "luxurious"...). This accommodation offers an overall great experience and a first rate option if you plan to visit the island of Kea, not only for families but for groups of friends and couples as well.

A place with a great host and lovely pool and view

lovely view and great pool, and the host is amazing with fantastic tips and get help in workshops and advice on places to go.

We stayed her in April pre season the basement felt slightly damp but there are heaters. We can confirm the hand shower and the road could be better.

The holidays of your dreams!

The shower issue ends up being just a small detail compared to how great this place is! Staying there was absolutely incredible. Sotiria, the hostess, is super helpful and kind. On top of that, the house itself is perfect: cozy, spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped. The pool is awesome too. Even if shared with other houses, it's big enough so everyone can have a nice time there. Finally, the view is breathtaking, you can't get tired of admiring the beautiful sea and Tzia's landscapes. Watching the sunset there is simply dreamy. We lived unforgettable moments!

A small point of improvement would be the bathroom. The shower has a good pressure, but there are no glass /curtains, what makes the bathroom flood sometimes. The host says she already ordered a glass, so this should be solved soon. A good thing would be to also have a support for the hose so we don't have to hold it the entire time while showering.

Cozy house with pool and sea view

The house was really good, comfortable, chic decorated, well placed with amazing view to Korissia. The sunset view was stunning!

The wifi was poor or insufficient in both bedrooms.

Spectacular view and great spot overall

The view from the infinity pool is on another level on its own. Also something we usually undervalue in our vacations is the quality of the apartment. Every choice in this one is beyond elegant. The offroad last km on the road to the apartment is also a plus for us since it indicates a more peaceful location.

The airconditioning is underperforming but to be honest in that location it's not that critical depending especially in the windy days (which are a lot in summer cyclades). Also the shower desperately asks for glass doors or at least a curtain.

Excellent stay, stunning views, amazing decoration, the best pool ever!

We stayed at the Yellow House (1.) of the complex, two families with adolescent children in August 2019. The complex exceeded our expectations with the beauty of the scenery,the architecture, the minimal style and decoration indoors, the amazing pool (a real infinity pool, not a swimming pool built on a cliff! You rarely find a 25 meters swimming pool where you can really exercise every day if you wish), the stunning views of the sea, the port of Korrisia and the sunset. The house and the complex are better than in the photos. The house where we stayed is designed in a way that all of us 8 (and the children are adolescents wanting privacy also) had the space and opportunity to be together and alone at will. There are plenty of different corners to sit and relax (a veranda in the front, a veranda in the double room upstairs, space in the pool, the living room has different sitting spots + a small reading corner in between the rooms that you cannot see in the pictures displayed). In sum, we loved this place and will definitely return at some point.

The road on to the complex is a bit difficult (an unmade/dirt road but doesn't need a 4X4 car). Be prepared for a 5 minutes ride. This is a drawback but is not enough to minimize the Excellent Grade of the whole experience.
