While big and roomy, it is an older cabin, outside maintenance isn't top notch(i had to clean windows to see outside and deck furniture before sitting on it)The inside is good, except for the same thing I complained about before, grass burs are thick in carpet in bedrooms so you cant go barefooted in there. And bring silverware! There are plenty of utensils to cook with but 1 spoon and 2 forks. lol.But we will definitely stay again..

I really love how you can see the beach throughout the living room, dining room and kitchen. The master bedroom with private balcony is just one of the best part of the house. Overall the house was great! I only have one tiny issue. When we got there, the floor was kinda dirty and the countertops . Please upgrade your cleaning tools: like the vaccume and broom. It was really hard for us to clean the house because the vaccum is very hard to work with. Other than that definitely will be back!

The floor was quite dirty upon arrival. The overall is nice and a good location. The other irritating thing is linens. There is an extra charge for linens. And it does not state this in the listing. This charge should be included in the nightly price. Feels like you are getting nickel and dimed.

The location and house were very nice but you can tell this is a income property only. The internet didn't work, and I notified Swedes multiple times, only to ultimately be ignored. This put a damper on my stay because i had work to do while there, and wasn't able to do anything. And yes, we did everything tech told us to do! (my husband is very electronically savvy so it wasnt as simple as unplugging and re-plugging in the router). The remotes are also not functional; we bought new batteries and everything. Also, the dishes need to have a glance over. A lot of the coffee cups and dishes were cracked or broken (imagine coffee leaking everywhere). Other basic things needed in this house are a cutting board, and scissors.

Everything else was satisfactory. If i could recommend a gate being installed on the balcony going to the stairs, this would be huge since this is a pet friendly property and we were traveling with very little kids.

Nice house. Everything you need is there. We didn't use the linen service we just brought our own. Wifi was spotty but I think that was from a wind storm they had previously. We had a great time and will definitely be back

First off this property was beautiful. From the theme of the house up to the cleanliness it was an amazing stay for my family and friends. It was very windy this weekend so we couldn’t enjoy the beach as much but the warm feeling in the house brung us all together. I was impressed and so was my family. Will be coming back again for sure.

I was not made aware of the extra cost of linens and towels when I booked this property, so unfortunately when we checked-in late at night the beds had no sheets and bathrooms had no towels. My family was not very happy after a 10 1/2 hour drive. We did have a issue with the stove but maintance was able to fix the issue.

The inside of the home was surface clean, but could use a deep clean. Many of the air vents smelled extremely musty or like mildew. There were some minor deferred maintenance items such as missing cabinet knobs and dirty windows. Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the property. Proximity to the ocean was nice and the underneath parking and shower were great. A dumbwaiter would have been icing on the cake! Thank you.
