Chegamos ao local e não gostamos do primeiro quarto oferecido. Prontamente a funcionária nos realocou em outro quarto. Queremos agradecer à equipe do hotel pela atenção e pelo excelente atendimento.
O café da manhã estava horrível: bolos queimados, os ovos mexidos e pães de queijo não estavam saborosos, as frutas SUPOSTAMENTE não pareciam ser cortadas no dia de consumo e o suco SUPOSTAMENTE parecia ser acrescido de água para render mais, deixando sem sabor.

Da camas perfeitas, os quartos limpos e organizados, internet top. Atendimento perfeito e café da manhã mais que especial com bastante variedades de bolo principalmente.

Da limpeza (toalhas, roupa de cama com cheiro gostoso), espaço do quarto para famílias com criança é perfeito, café da manhã, área infantil, tudo perfeito
Talvez melhorar o acesso do estacionamento até a entrada tem uma rampa e estava chovendo e com as malas ficou um pouco complicado, porém nada que desabone o hotel, ficaríamos lá novamente sem duvidas

Localização ótima, dá para ir caminhando para a rodoviária e o centro de Canela. Cama grande e confortável.
Poeira acumulada embaixo da cama. Hóspedes no corredor fazendo barulho. Café da manhã bom, mas repetitivo.

I liked the spaces offered for kids outside and inside the hotel.
The shower was good, but the water could be hotter. So, I was wondering how bad it would be in winter.

Bed mattress with broken springs and holes. The sheets were smaller than the mattress. The safe doesn't work.

Great breakfast, nice staff, easy to check in and out, love the location and short distance to downtown Canelas, very good option for lunch and dinner. My kids and nephew love it! The room had enough space for 6 of us.
They forget to leave enough toilet paper, so we have to run to get more, other than that everything was perfect!
