Staff are polite, excellent attitude
AC almost not working and despite trial of repair it seems small for the room and the room is hot

The general manager Mr. Rauf is very nice. He respond to my request promptly.
The AC in the room with balcony room is not enough to make it cool. I had asthma attack during my first night, that i had to sleep on the floor to be under the AC. The next i asked them to move me to different room a smaller one so the room can be cold.

Best hotel value for money in Baku. No bad smell which normally you feel in a low-cost hotels. Initially I booked an expensive hotel, but my wife suggested this hotel saying we won't be spending full-time in the hotel rooms as most of our time we will be on sightseeing. So I selected this hotel and with that extra amount saved from expensive hotel cancellation I managed to cover all our other expenses in Baku!!. But this hotel was also very good. Only thing I felt bad was breakfast they need to improve. Receptionist Ali is an ideal hotel receptionist for any hotel and was extremely helpful and supportive. He is the best guy I met in Baku who speaks good English. He detailed us all tourist information and also helped us getting cabs. The night receptionist Rauf was also good but we hadn't much interaction. In short don't spend your money on expensive hotels if you can get rooms in hotels like Premier which covers all your basic needs.
Breakfast items and location (location not a big issue as cabs are very cheap on bolts app. Maximum 5 manat from one end to the other end of the city,)

Better to have landline active.

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, as the other Azeri people I met during my two weeks stay in the country. Always ready to answer questions or literally give a hand when carrying luggage. Both day and night service was available (with the exception of Friday night). Breakfast was served on the last floor in a small open-door reataurant and had the basics (omlettes, boiled eggs, cheese, some fruit and vegetables and a selection of cakes or pancakes). There is air conditioning, which is essential during the summer in Baku. The hotel is not immediately near the main sightseeing points but the half an hour walk is not a drama (give or take a few missing bits of sidewalk). It is a cheap hotel and probably a good value for money overall.
Despite the helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness level could have been improved. Most of the surfaces were dusty or stained and left a general impression of old. There was a permanent smell of food in the building (mostly of fried food). The walls are thin and the visitors staying at the hotel have been extremely noisy, going up and down the stairs and talking loudly to each other at night. My bed was actually formed of two mattresses put on top of each other.

During the room inspection TV and Phone should be checked as well if they function or not

The hotel is nice and quiet. The rooms were well heated and clean. We enjoyed sauna in the evening. The location is quite good - it took us around 15 min with no rush to get to the nearest metro station (2 stations from old city centre). There is a bank, small food stores and a private excellent bakery nearby. The pre-agreed transfer from the airport was good and on time.
There was no coffee for breakfast, as the coffee machine was broken. The only option was 3 in 1 coffee. We were coming to breakfast at around 10 am and at that time part of food had been already eaten, another part was cold. We had to ask for clean cups for tea, as there were none. It really irritated.
